I had an appt with Grieg the owner & was extremely happy with what he had to say he could do for my overgrown hair. He decided to cut first & then I wanted foils. I showed him pics of a previous cuts & specifically said I didn't want the back cut really short (which he did). Once cut/blow dried he said he wanted to take a 5 min break which was fine. When he came back he asked what we would do; highlights or none & how did I like my hair. I said I did like it, but the back was too short, but it was ok it would grow. He then proceeded to tell me that he didn't want me as a client & that I was a complainer & would be a difficult client to deal with. At that point he asked me to leave & enjoy my free haircut!! Seriously!!! I have never experienced this in my life all b/c I said the back was too short. End of day for him & I guess he was done. Yes, he has 30 years experience but my goodness all b/c I said the back was too short & I get kicked out. Wow; get a handle on yourself buddy, I know you own the salon, but you are very unprofessional and really mean to do this to a customer! Yes, I will certainly be talking a lot of people about this experience! Update on this ..... my hair is uneven & one side is longer than the other, also I'm so upset how SHORT he cut my hair!!!!! The one thing I asked him NOT to do!!! Others have come forward now to say they have had a bad experience with him to & his rudeness!!! CAUTION
