I came here hoping for my dream haircut, Valeria did a great job on my hair. It a short curtains haircut with one half black and the other a light blonde with pixie pink roots, it turned out well and an overall good experience. I recommend Valeria!!

My wife just got back from the salon. She was going in for a major change hair cut. From long hair to a pixie cut, she stressed about the decision for a long time found a picture of a cut she really liked and did her research on the place she wanted to go based on reviews on Google and other places she felt comfortable going to this salon. She called and was told how much her cut and color would be and she was off. She just got home and is not happy at all about the experience. She said the stylist was rough (she has a sensitive head) and didn't listen to what she wanted in her hair cut. When my wife pointed out how the picture was different than what she was doing she was told that she didn't want to do what the picture showed because she didn't want to make her bald so instead she just left a weird line on the back of her head. She was told to go home and sit with it for 2 days before she would do anything else. To add insult to injury when she went to pay she ended up paying 70$ more than she was quoted on the phone and when she brought that fact up the receptionist just shrugged and brushed it off and billed her anyway.

I went to this establishment for 6 or 7 visits to try to change my hair colour to grey or platinum. Although they kept taking my money and bleaching my natural, it never happened. I went to another colorist who advised me I would not be able to change colour and my hair was so damaged I was forced to completely remove it. When I tried to talk to manager, she called me I liar and claimed I didn't tell anyone what I had wanted. Despite the last time I was in i was in tears

I've had my hair cut here several times and have also had my hair coloured here as well. All the stylists were nice and very professional. The salon itself is clean and well kept. I have thick curly-wavy hair that can be difficult to properly syle, but I've always walked out happy. Definitely recommend this salon.

Love love love this salon. I have been going now for a number of years and actually travel to Chilliwack to have my hair done there. The staff are warm and friendly and fun to come visit (almost like getting together with your girlfriends). Chantel has been doing my hair for years (to the point she has seen the grey come in and assures me she will be the only one who ever knows). I have had extensions put in, cut, coloured, undos and Chantel even did instructions for the hairdresser for my destination wedding to make sure “they did it right) - who does that???? Well probably only the best hairdresser in the world! I love the advice I get on product, care and style choices (and have been talked away from styles that ultimately would not have worked). They listen to what you want and make it happen. You will love the staff, the environment, the product and most of all you will love how you look and feel at the end. Definitely give them a try....you’ll probably not want to leave!

Everyone here is friendly and casual, nobody at Headlox is uptight (like they can be at Refinery). Good prices and a quality cut! I recommend Headlox. It's also easy to book online with them if that's what you prefer.

Went in here a few weeks ago to get highlight or darken my hair, was suggested to try highlight by hairdresser, which I agreed. However, that only turned out to be toning it, which I didn't know that was what she was doing. Then she trimmed it, but didn't ask if I wanted anything different with the trim (partly my fault as well, I didn't specify that I wanted some layers). I left paying almost $200 for just tone and cut (which is stated as being way less $$ on the website), when I didn't agree to just getting a tone, which didn't do anything to my hair (went to Sally's later and fixed with toner). ie. make sure that the hairdresser is doing what she said she will, and always get a price quote. Probably won't be coming back

I have very thick curly hair and styling and getting my hair cut is usually an issue, that is until i went here. The first time i went here i got my hair coloured and ended up not being happy with the result and they fixed it the same day. I have gone there ever since and i am always satisfied with what i get.

Elizabeth is great. Experienced, creative, and very skilled. She makes my hair look modern, stylish, and healthy. She worked at the big salons in Vancouver and knows how to cut hair. I drive from Port Moody to see her. She listens to what I want and then creates a balanced cut that works for me. I highly recommend her.

I've been looking for a new hair dresser ever since I moved to Chilliwack almost a year ago and had no luck until a friend recommended Becky at Headlox Hair Studio. I'm SO glad I decided to give her a try! Booking an appointment over the phone was super easy and all the ladies made me feel very welcomed when I arrived for my appointment. Becky was very sweet and made me feel comfortable immediately when I sat in her chair. I didn't really know what I wanted to do with my hair but knew I wanted a change. She knew exactly what to do and I ended up with the best haircut I've ever had! I was very pleased with my whole experience at this salon and would highly recommend Becky to everyone, you won't be disappointed!

I went here for the first time ever and Barb was amazing. I have short hair to begin with and had a cut and some foils but was shocked upon belief when i came to pay. $182 was the cost and I have never in my life paid that amount for a haircut and some color. I should have been told up front what the cost was going to be. I have not been back. Also, I was taken late with an appointment.
