I booked an eyebrow appointment with J School and told him what I wanted, and he exceeded my expectations. He was very gentle and made sure I left the chair happy. Overall the barber shop has a great atmosphere and is full of good music and conversation. Will definitely be back soon!

Refinery is a great barbershop, they do amazing work. Dear Ryan Vance, Ariana is a great barber that no longer works here. You are a troll trying to slander her name at her previous job. You forgot to mention how you insulted and took advantage of her for months. You are mad because she no longer wants to serve you as a client. Please, stop projecting your negative feelings and toxic behavior to a great shop and people who have nothing to do with you.

Hatchi is a true professional and in my opinion he is the best barber in the city of Cleveland. Street parking is available at the front of the location.

The interior of the shop has a unique, classy feel to it when you first walk in & customer service is on point, you can even enjoy a glass of whiskey if you like. My barber Madi has been cutting me for a year or two now and has done a great job. I’m not the easiest customer (I never know what I want) but she always makes sure we get on the same page before hand. All in all a very chill environment with great people.

Refinery is by far the best place to get a haircut in Cleveland. Everyone is very professional and they are able to cut all hair styles. Everything is kept so clean and socially distant. You have to get your temperature taken and use hand sanitizer to abide by Covid standards. Highly recommend this place.

To start off the place has a super cool vibe downtown, it’s really clean, and has a cool rustic look to it. My hair stylist Courtney was absolutely OUTSTANDING, such a great guy. He literally cares about your hair and his craft. Not only do you get a cut, but he shaped up my eyebrows, shampooed my hair, then he went back and scissored my hair again to make sure it was perfect. Best cut ever and definitely worth the $!
