Lombardi's offers incredible cuts & services, reasonable prices, booking ahead, and a very friendly, inviting, and cool atmosphere (plus a complementary espresso!). What more could you ask for? I have been going for years and still have yet to request a specific barber as they have all done excellent work in my experience. Mark is a great owner, is incredibly friendly, and makes you feel like a valued customer. Happy to have found such a great barber shop.

Minimal covid protection in place. Barber did not wash hands between clients, was only wearing a bandana barely covering his mouth. When I asked him to cover his nose he tried telling me it didn't do anything anyway You know, he might be right, but if someone is going to be breathing all over me how about getting a real mask? I’ve been here three times, the first time I went, I got just what I wanted. The other two times I’ve been very disappointed in the cuts I’ve gotten not worth the $28 I payed, $26 for the cut and a $2 tip. Usually I give the barber $5 if I like job they did...I was so unhappy with my cut today I’m not sure I want to go back again.

I receive ongoing compliments from friends and family .. and, surprisingly, often from complete strangers ... Usually very busy, but lots of barbers ... (all excellent); so, the wait time is very reasonable .. also, you sign in on a giant blackboard ... no issue with who is next ... The ambience is wonderful, great playlists, and excellent expresso!

I must say, Ive been to dozens of barbers and haircut shops. Lombardis proves to have consistent quality and a friendly atmosphere. Most places I've been to can only give me a satisfactory haircut 1 out of 5 times. At Lombardi's, I get a great cut everytime and always feel good when I walk out. Just need to make sure you complete all the steps and there’s currently no way to check your queue other than getting a text notification #min before your turn.

Really liked the hair cut, though depending on the time you could wait up to 1hr for a hair cut. That's the reason it only got 4 stars from me. The place is very nice inside and clean. I'm not aware of being able to book ahead of time.

This is by far the best place for a guy to get a haircut in the area. I started coming here a little over a year ago after being refered to by a friend and I have never regretted it. Marc and his amazing team truly are a phenomenal bunch and treat all their clients with the upmost respect. Small touches make your experience memorable like being offered an espresso as soon as you walk in to the tvs they have on the back wall that can be watched by anyone sitting in the chair.

After growing my hair for 2 years I decided to had it trimmed but unfortunately I'm disappointed when I went there today. Got the classic w/ beard trim but didn't get the proper hot lather neck shave, my hair wasn't wash after the cut and even no blow dry. I was devastated when I noticed that my sideburns wasn't even.

Having only discovered the shop due to the need of a quick cut while on my way to an event, I was lucky to find Dean with an open chair and will never go to another barber. A proper guy with a passion for football like myself, it always feels more like visiting a mate rather than going for a cut... And the espresso doesnt hurt either! Can't make appointments here. First come, first serve. That doesn't work for me. Nobody working the front desk to take your name, instead they have a large blackboard that you are expected to right your name on. I'm sure the quality of the haircuts here is good, but I can't get past the business model used here. I'll find somewhere more welcoming.

If you are looking for a true barbershop with a terrific atmosphere, staff that not only cut and style your hair perfectly but offer you espresso and other drinks, this is your place. Mark has a good thing going there. The atmosphere is comfortable from the initial greeting to exit. Mark, Luiji and the new fella Guy have inconsistencies with thier work. Mark should make sure everyone performs the same procedures with every haircut so no matter who is your barber, they all do the same things. For example if a neck shave is part of the cut then complete it. If trimming results in fallen hairs then promptly brush and powder them off your face when completing that task. No one likes an itchy face. The prices are fair at the shop but with that being said if a gentlemen dares to pay for a relaxing hot shave `for a treat to himself`` it better be worth it. I, Personally have had many hot shaves, but this was the worst. The shave by Mark was excellent and care free but for two issues. The shave chair does not recline and at times you have to crick your head and neck, uncomfortably, for under the chin shaving. Secondly the `HOT TOWELS`` ...I can hardly mention it but they came out of the steam warmer oven stained with some sort of STAIN and when they were shrouded on my face the wreaked of mold...almost unbearable. This has gotta be remedied. That can`t be healthy! I managed through it, reluctant to disappoint Mark the owner, Johnny on the spot but someone has to tell the story. I will go back though. I enjoy the atmosphere and hope that the hot shave experience won't be repeated next time. Respectfully

Well, just left Lombardis with my son. Took him for a cut and there wasn't a single "barber" there that I would trust with my hair. Young kid gave my son a worse haircut that he could get at Borics. Actually, aside from from the nice decor, the staff there looked no different than what you'd find at a Borics. Whoever said this place gave good haircuts doest know what a good haircut is.
