Ryan is legit, having the barber shop in my area of Chatham is a plus. He takes good care of my and is a wiz with a fade and beard lineup. Love the atmosphere in the shop and the buzz between the staff keeps it light and what you want from the barber shop Been a few times will be coming back for more!

Had the courtesy of seeing Stephanie, and she was amazing! Friendly, very detail oriented to make sure everything was perfect with my hair and beard! I have a hard time trusting barbers/stylists, but would see her anytime! She definitely gained a new regular from me. I love the fact I can book my appointment online too!

This place is awesome! Everyone is super nice and accommodating. I had Steph and I am always pleased every time I get a fresh cut. Access to their online booking makes it easy to plan when I can get my haircut so there aren't any lines but they do offer walk-ins! I also saw their sanitization process so customers can rest assured that they take covid precautions seriously. 5 stars, would recommend!

NOT A BARBER SHOP! THIS IS A HAIR CUTTING PLACE! Staff is rude and miserable! All 3 woman are USELESS! NEVER again! If you want a man's line up don't come here! They are worse then magicuts! Unbelievable, Steph is lazy and no attention to detail. JENN is a total nightmare! Brittany or w.e the blonde girls name is, is a butcher! After my haircut I had to go buy clippers at Walmart and fix it myself! Patches of hair missed everywhere! They want $30 for a haircut plus tip??? DISCUSTING I hope you go out of business asap!

Decent haircut on my first visit. I feel like I didn't get 100% what I asked for but pretty close. Their price reflects the quality. Much better than your average First Choice or Supercuts type place but nothing extraordinary. If you're looking to pay for top quality you might as well drive to Windsor or London and get a cut from a person guy who will throw in a hot towel shave.

Zero responsibility I booked appointments for 3:30pm when I visited there a lady said your appointment was at 2:30pm how it can be possible when I booked it for 3:30pm even she said I don’t take appointments rudely that’s the best customer service you guys have and you guys don’t know value of time wasted my time waited till 3:30pm and did not get haircut I should have visited another barber now I am going to work without haircut ????????????????

August 25th I popped in to get a hair cut from Ryan the day before my fathers funeral. We shared details and related to one another. Come the day of the funeral, a flower arrangement from Chatham Barbers is in the row and my mother keeps asking me if I knew them? Not only did Ryan give me a phenomenal hair cut but for flower arrangement to arrive and help brighten my family's day a little easier with a simple form of generosity, especially my mother's. These guys are amazing people and know how to take care of there customers. 10/10

Mike is a great barber and has been cutting my son and fiances hair for a while now always great service with mike???? Today there was a mix up on my behalf for my daughter's cut I thought I had booked with someone who had a client in their chair so as we sat outfront waiting. Once we went in 20mins after appoint time Jennifer was really rude and nasty making my 10yr old daughter leave crying without a cut! So disappointing and unprofessional. No need for the way she handled the situation she does have my number on file for the booking she could have called instead of watching us sit out front to just be nasty when we walked in. Had she handled it diffrent I would have considered paying her the $27 she wanted to yell at us about but not after the way she acted. sad for buiness. Not a bad review on the barbershop just the individual

Went there twice. Both times Mike did a fine job but he gotta learn how to talk to people. If i have a concern offcourse i will raise my hand and stop him. I'm not gonna wait until the end. But he said ask me after i am done and don't move in a really rude manner. What if something can't be undone after the haircut. Just talk properly to the customers man!
