I didn't like how often the stylist left my child to answer the phone/book appointments (4+). His haircut was okay, it was left a little long in some places and I had to ask twice for his sideburns to be done. I think I will go somewhere else next time.

Took my daughter for an eyebrow wax. Horrible customer service. No ask of how she liked her eyebrows. Just slapped wax on her eyebrows and ripped away. So rough and no basic knowledge of customer service or salon knowledge. Will never go back again!

Not sure what this lady is thinking but I’ve brought my daughter here twice now (2nd time to try to see if it’s better) and we’ve got the same lady. Both times I have explained exactly what we want and she doesn’t seem to understand ???? butchered hair cut again. Won’t be coming back again ever. Poor kid.

Went for a simple straight trim, just wanted even cut, came out with it uneven all over not a single piece was the same length! My son had his done and he had a bald spot that looked like it was accidentally shaved. My husband went in and came out looking like he was in the army (imagine cartoon square head!)

I walked into this salon for a wash and style. The price on the board for this service was $8-$12. After waiting about 10 minutes, I was called up by a blonde woman with an accent. She didn't introduce herself so I don't know her name. I got shampooed and was taken to her chair. I told her I wanted it blow dried with a round brush for volume. I said I didn't want anything flat or straight. My hair has alot of natural curl so generally a round brush gives me volume and smoothness, when used properly. She turned me away from the mirror and began the process. When she was finished, she turned my chair and my hair was a big frizzy mess, and flat on top. No volume, no waves, no smoothness. I commented that it was really frizzy, She agreed. I said I couldn't leave like this and could she fix it? She said she could smooth it out with an iron. I really didn't want the flat , straight look but at this point it was the only choice. After she was finished, she said the charge was $20.35. When I pointed to the sign and said, but your sign says 8-12, she replied, "yes, but I had to use an iron and that's extra". I commented that if she had blow dried it properly she wouldn't have needed to use an iron. She stood there, no apology or anything. I was embarrassed as other people were there watching all of this unfold so just paid and left. Yes , I did tip her, against my better judgement. I will never, ever go back to this place. What a big ripoff, I will make sure to tell everyone I know.

I’m super picky about my hair, and every time I’ve gone anywhere to get my hair done I usually find something wrong with it. But honestly after Lindsay did my hair, I am beyond impressed with the work she did doing my colour & cut. I highly recommend Lindsay! Very nice and professional. I’m in love with my hair and will definitely return.

Very little waiting with check in on line. I have my favorite hair dresser ( Julie ) and with on line check in I can see when she is working. Great haircut!

Lovely staff, and I love my perm and cut! Lindsay did an amazing job, even with my hair that tries to just do what it wants. She definitely knows what she's doing and doesn't even seem to have to think about it - she just knows!

I asked them for a haircut and trim but they didn't even ask me how short I wanted it they just did it the way she wanted it. When it was over, my bangs were really uneven and I broke down.
