I was really disappointed in my haircut, I showed the hair dresser pictures and he did the complete opposite, I asked for a fade and he just shaved it, my hair looks like a rat tale. When I told him I was unsatisfied he told me "oh well sorry I wasn't paying attention" I don't understand how a hair dresser could not pay attention to what his client is asking for!!! This was my first experience in this barber shop I can't speak for the other hair dresser but JAMES LAWS has very little to no experience. I do not recommend him at all. And his solution to the problem was "just grow your hair back." And on top of that he lined one side of my beard and forgot the other side!!!!

Well this is going to hurt. This was my second time going there and I got saluted with respect. Not being familiar with the place I waited for my turn. I did show up on time. Someone was sleeping on the couch. Little did I know this was supposed to be my barber. The owner woke him up. When he saw me, he said: could someone else take him? I don't want to take him. I was furious. The owner didn't react and he decided to cut my hair. I asked the owner if this was acceptable for him and he told me that this guy was the son of another barber. I asked the same question again and he didn't respond. During this time. The barber's girlfriend showed up and they were talking to each other on the couch. The owner who was cutting my hair didn't bother with the girlfriend being there. We exchanged some stories and I asked him for a clean up of my forehead (called tiasse) he refused. In conclusion, the prices there are incredibly high for no reasons. Some barbers have no respect for the clients and the owner ( who I actually went to school with) doesn't really care about these messy situations. I won't be going there again even if they offer me a free haircut in the future... it's not worth my time.
