I've been going to Stratford's own since It's grand opening in summer of 2013. I think I had one haircut where I got buyer's remorse, went back a couple days later and they fixed it up for me for free. the resulting haircut and all my other haircuts make me look way prettier than I really am. Stratford's own is locally owned and operated by the wonderful Mary-Lou. The barbers are all very outgoing and friendly and very skilled at their trade. They have a couple special things they do that are included in the regular haircut price: They do back of the neck straight razor shaving with hot shaving cream. Feels wonderful and you get a really nice finish on your hair cut. If you're a skipper on a sailboat it makes a big difference as it allows you to better and more accurately feel the wind direction. They also offer eyebrow trimming. I used to have evil villain level eyebrows before. I've been a brow trim believer ever since that fateful first visit. the brow trim makes a huge difference and I recommend it to all. They have a loyalty program: the 10th haircut is always free. On top of all these wonderful features they always have AAA grade candy available at the till. I'm not talking run of the mill lolly pops, I'm talking brand names: Chompa chomps, regular sized pixie sticks and more!

Mary Lou and team at Stratford's Own are amazing at what they do. They keep up with the trends. My son's hair always looks fantastic when they are finished with him. It's obvious they have a lot of experience with hair as my son's hair is curly and curly hair isn't easy to cut. Not to mention the shop is stylish and very clean. Walking into the shop is always a good feeling. The vibe is so upbeat! Thanks guys for the awesome haircuts....oh and the best fades around town!!
