These people dont even know the difference between beard and mustaches. I went for beard tream and the lady treamed my mustach along with beard without asking. Dont even apologized for her mistake. Very disappointing.

Such an easy and good experience for my 4 year old daughter. I booked the same day for an appointment, and I was booked in a few hours later. The ladies were so kind to my shy daughter - they made her feel relaxed and calm. The haircut was very cute and my daughter loves it! I'll certainly be bringing her back!

I got the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten here at the start of the school year. I asked for more layers and she basically made it look like I had a bob in the front and then just random long pieces in the back, I had to figure out what to do for my grad photos since I used to have very long hair (down to my mid back) I was and still am very dissapointed in my grad photos. Along with that it was mostly like she was cutting my hair for what she wanted, not what I wanted, I do not reccommend.

I was nervous about having 20 inches cut off my hair. I asked for a specific cut and it was done exactly as i wanted. The service was awesome and i felt listened to. It was a big deal to get it cut (to me) and i am happy to say that my stylist was caring of my requests and asked a lot of questions. I will never go anywhere else. I received the WORST haircut of my life at this salon. I showed the woman a picture of my desired cut and asked her to take off some of the damaged ends. She did that and then gave me layers that at the shortest were about 4 inches. So I now have basically a mullet because she only layered the top of my head and left the longest layer thin and mainly on the back. I will not be going back, and am very disappointed!

Asked for a lot of layers and texture got two different haircuts, a blunt cut to start and a bob cut on top looks rediculous, not at all like the picture that I showed the stylist for reference. Will never go there again. Despite the great reviews I would caution people to think twice and choose somewhere else. Had to go somewhere else to fix their mistake. Would give one star but that was not an option.

Great customer service - Polite & attentive staff - Similar prices as big chain hairstyle shops, with much better quality. The staff make you feel like you are more than just another number to reach their quota; they take their time to ensure you are getting the style you desire, engage with you, and you are not made to feel like you are being rushed out of the chair so that they can squeeze more clients in, which I find is a major issue at places like "First Choice", "SuperCuts"...etc.

Very disappointed in the manner that I was treated . I went in person to assure that I was able to book with a stylist that excelled in texturing and thinning my hair type . The stylist I was recommended was someone I was familiar with from a former salon and I was very pleased to book an appoint with this particular person . Today was my appointment 1) upon announcing who I was and whom my stylist was there was no indication that there was a change 2) a girl came and did not introduce herself but I thought she was just washing my hair 3) was seated and this same girl started cutting my hair .... I stopped her and asked where was Phylis to which I was only then informed that I had been bumped for another client of hers which apparently is their policy ! I was too taken aback by this to properly address this and continued with the haircut . I will never return and will find another salon that treats their customers as equals .

Walked in there earlier today (July 7th) to get my hair cut. The cut itself looks great but the service not so much... while cutting my hair, the hairdresser ended up cutting my ear with the clippers. Then, when It was over with, she didn't do a good job of cleaning the excess hair off... wouldn't recommend

I have very dry brittle hair and after trying to grow it out for years my hair was barely shoulder length. My first time at this salon my hairdresser told me about the hair dye they use and got me to smell it. I thought this was weird but I was pleased to find that their hair dye had no odour to it. Within about 6 months I noticed how long and healthy my hair was and so many people would comment on it. It was only recently that linked my healthier, longer hair to no longer using an ammonia-based hair dye. So now, there's no other place I'd rather get my hair done (even when I move to NS for the summers). I've always had great and friendly service.
