Alexander was absolutely amazing. He took the time to speak with me to fully understand what I wanted to do with my hair, he gave me options and personal opinions - it was all much appreciated. One thing that I especially liked is that he let me know prices before he started. If anything was going to cost more, he let me know up front. Alexander cut, treated and coloured my hair. I was extremely happy with the finished product. Alexander is an extremely knowledgeable stylist, you can definitely put your trust in him. Thanks again, looking forward to our next visit!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The people working were not friendly towards me at all. My stylist..some lady who did not introduce herself to me..did not cut my hair the way I had asked. I asked for a faded hair cut and instead got all my hair cut the same length except the top leaving for a very awkward hair cut. I even asked for the preferred guard and that request was ingored as well. She did not talk to me unless she needed to and stopped halfway through to take a picture with coworkers. To top things off I was charged over $50 for a buzz on already very short hair..what a rip off. I will never step foot in this place again. I had to go to first choice hair cutters to get them to fix it, they did a much better job for less than half the price!!

Hannah is a miracle worker! I had super bad roots that haven't been touched up for 6 months, and she blended in with blonde highlights to the rest of my hair so well. I am EXTREMELY happy with the results, and blonde is a tough one to be happy with. She is amazing at what she does and I would totally recommend her for a go-to in the Charlottetown area!

I've been going to Chrystal for 8 years and she is amazing. I have gone to a couple people between because I live off island but always regret it. I find it a little more expensive than most places but its totally worth every cent. I'd rather pay extra and not be embarassed with what I walk around with on my head. I find the location is why its not as well known as other spots but its so incredible, find it and go!

He was so knowledgeable and took the time to discuss what I wanted and how he was going to do it. I got exactly what I wanted!
