Cut my hair in 10 minutes. Worst hair cut l’ve ever had. I felt like he was rushed, even though no one else was there. Not a really barber shop if you use an electric shaver to shave around the ears and neck. Nice looking place, but this was my first and last time. Try smiling at customers to make them feel welcome.

I was just in recently and I don't know his name I think it may be Malic correct me if I'm wrong. He is such a good genuine person, I have really thick hair and he knows my style and each time I'm there he pleases me again and again. He is always polite when I come in and even to other customers as well. I get the same haircut every time but he is always starting conversation and making me feel welcome. Guy took just under 10mins to ruin my hairs. He got his couple of friends in while cutting my hairs and did not even care about what he is doing on my head, seems like he was in rush to throw me out so he can serve his friends. The guys cut hair properly but to my utter shock they did not accept debit or credit. They said they only accept cash and when I said I dont have case, they show me the ATM installed ar their facility. I withdrew cash with an extra cost of $2 and paid them cash. Plz take cash in u if u wanna visit them, they are evading tax most probably!

I've been twice. Service is fair, not fantastic...but maybe that's cus j haven't built a relationship yet. The thing is, I get a zero fade 2 on top. Pretty easy. First time was fantastic... like wow this fade is tight and feels good. Second time was a different barber and for some reason he used scissors not clippers, didn't trim the top properly and when I got home I realized it was uneven. Bummer. I'd go back in a pinch, cus they seem to always have time later in the evening, but won't be my top choice.

I've given this place three tries and I won't be going back. The haircut itself is decent but Townline Barber Shop struggles in many other aspects of the experience. I've had a different barber each time and they are some of the least friendly barbers I have ever met. Every other barbershop I have ever been to has a friendly staff except this place. The vibe I get is they don't want to be there, so why should I give them my business? Also they don't accept debit or credit and conveniently have an ATM for you to withdraw cash for. In 2021 this is very behind the times. They also don't take appointments, a very strange policy for people who have busy schedules and just want to show up after work and get service quickly. If you like unfriendly barbers, having to withdraw cash to pay and always having to walk-in then this is the place for you. Otherwise I'd steer clear.

I brought a picture of my face with a haircut I previously had, which had no resemblance to a combover. He not only gave me a combover but he gave me the worst combover I’ve ever seen in my life. The hair is uneven, one side must be 5 inches higher than the other. I don’t know if it was his first day but the fatter one with short hair is the worst barber in the city. Not meant to be insulting just didn’t k ow how to refer to him.

Nice looking place. They have TVs setup so you can watch them while you are getting your hair done. My barber did a good job styling my hair even though he didn’t quite understand what I wanted. It was good that I’m not too particular and I do like the slightly different style change.

If I could I would have given them a zero for a star. I will try to keep this review as short as possible. I went to their establishment on May 15, 2019 to book an appointment for the 16th and 18th of that week. Got the 16th booked for 4pm and then tried to book the 18th for 9am. The person there was hesitant to do anything for me on the 18th and I explained to him that it was my wedding day and I would appreciate if I can get it in first thing in the morning. (Their operations time is 9am-7pm...within their time slot). He did take my name and number as well. My 16th appointment went well, other then the person who took my info starting to speak in his own language to the guy that was trimming my beard. I knew they were talking about me just the way their demeanor was and how the one guy laughed. He finished trimming my beard and again I confirmed about my appointment for the 18th and they said yes. I know it was the long weekend but there were no signs around the windows saying they were going to be closed for the weekend. Now the 18th comes along and I'm there for 8:50am. Its 9am and no one has opened up. I sat there for another 10mins after 9am waiting! There was no phone call or message stating that they were running late or had to cancel. Anyone and everyone knows that is the worst thing someone can to do a person on their wedding day or special occasion. Its very rude and disrespectful on so many levels. I was very fortunate that I was able to get in right away with the Barber Shop in the Cambridge Mall. For this reason I would not recommend anyone to this establishment and would actually differ people from going there!!!! Sry to hear about your nephew and the funeral. But he could have said something on the first day I booked my appointment, on Thurs when I came to get my beard trimmed, given me a phone call or even left a sign in the window stating the business is closed due to a family emergency! I would have totally understood and made other arrangements but none of that was done.

Came here for the convenience of a short walk from my house. I think they used to have a debit/credit machine, now only an atm cash machine. It ended up stealing part of the barbers tip. Hair cut was good and quick. Will come again if I'm in a quick rush for a hair cut, otherwise, up the road may be a better option.

Absolutely blown away by my first appointment with Malik at townline barbar shop today. After a bad experience with my previous barbar shop , Malik put me at ease straight away, asking relevant questions at the start and offering useful advice throughout the appointment. He has such a lovely, warm personality along with a magnificent talent. The salon surroundings are fabulous with an excellent range of the best hair products. worst experience i have ever had with a new barber this guy was rude and not professional at all. when i asked him for a mid skin fade, he made my sides all same length with the machine and and no fade at all and just basically bald all around and then when i asked him all he said was sorry and when i asked him to fix it he was very rude and said theres ppl waiting after me and still was arguing with me to pay the whole haircut price which was $58 if you care about your hair and like to stay fresh dont go to him

Amazing place and knowledgeable staff. Owner himself greeted me while busy with a client and made me feel very welcomed. His big comfy couch is a godsent for ppl waiting for a haircut. He was funny and was able to keep a cpnversation going so we had some sort of entertainment not to mention the tvs and the raptors higlight reels.
