As I work at Morrey Nissan & Infiniti Burnaby, having a great cut was always very important to me. I would go to Steven every 3 weeks and he always did an amazing job. 11/10 Always. Thank You!

This is the absolute best place to get a cut not just in burnaby but anywhere. Every barber I've had here has done an amazing job. The hot towel is a nice touch of class. Beard trims are perfection. And my kids always love going to get a cut. I will only go here.

One of the few places where barbers actually listen to what the customer wants and knows how to cut short asian hair! I got a haircut from Steven when I made an appointment for Robin because she was sick today. But you really can’t ask for more. Steven did exactly what I asked him and I am really particular about my hair. I really recommend this place because you get a great haircut, they use brush vacuum system to get hair off of you, Steven also gave me a complimentary hot towel massage (which I didn’t expect), styled my hair, all under $25. Can’t beat this. The only reason why I am giving 4 stars is because they didn’t tell me beforehand that the barber I requested for wasn’t there today.

Best haircut I've gotten in terms of haircut quality and experience. My hair looks great and after the cut I got a nice hot towel on the back of my neck, had my neck shaved with a single blade razor, and got my head vacuumed! Felt super deluxe!

Went in for a haircut mid fade with Stephen as reviews said he was the best at it. Really not happy with my haircut here. Went to a different barber a few weeks later and he said and I quote “who did this to you? This is not how a barber cuts hair”. This place reminds me more of the quality you’d expect at Great Clips - not a proper barbershop. Will never return here again.

I hate haircuts because no seems to know what they're doing when you tell them what you want. My first time coming in and a man named Sam welcomed me. Asked me what I want. I said, "Make me handsome!" He responded with a laughter and a okay! Confidently. 5 minutes later. I am handsome. WOW! No joke. This man knows hows what you want. FULLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

But, holding my money hostage and forcing me to take down my previous review before returning my refund, that you offered, is very unprofessional and it disrespects freedom of speech. I did promise you to take down the review because I wanted to talk to you first, and to make peace with you. I was planning to take it down in front of your sails the way that I did today because I was hoping we'd forgive and forget. But, your behaviour afterwards, though, was beyond disrespectful. The way you scolded in your own store was quite aggressive, as well as when you insisted that there was nothing wrong with my haircut. If Maria didn't ruin my hair, why else would I be upset? If a customer behaved as aggressively as you did today, you would have called security. So, if you don't allow others to behave aggressively in your shop, then why did you behave this way, and especially with me as a customer? Maria's cutting was so terrible. If you think there is "nothing wrong with the haircut", I take that as a compliment because I fixed it myself with my own hands. Lastly, I have the right to leave honest reviews on the internet. If I want to talk about how Maria cut my hair wrong, and that I recommend other salons over yours, that is my right to freedom of speech. Also, accusing me of making up information in my previous reviews is very inappropriate. I asked Maria to remove only one or two inches from the fringe, and more from the back to create a mushroom haircut. Instead, she did the opposite. Consider this a learning opportunity going forward. Please, learn to be a problem-solver, to control your temper, and learn to treat people equally and with respect. This kind of belligerence, and trying to (verbally) fight with me in your shop, is unacceptable to the mall's policy. Lastly, when you offer a customer a refund, it shouldn't be for an exchange. Please, do not ask me again to remove my reviews because I have the right to be heard. If you don't agree with what I write, don't respond. Also, I will not come to your shop again because you two are unwelcoming and unprofessional. Again, thank you for the refund. I forgive both of you, I wish you well going forward, and I hope you both learn to become better and more attentive in your career and with future customers. Good luck.

I had a wonderful experience at this shop. As a woman I've gone to many salons and they don't cut like barbers do. A young barber by the name of Livon had no problem cleaning me up and was very detailed with the lineup. I asked for a drop fade and that's exactly what I was given. They were friendly and professional. I strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for a good cut!

My partner got his hair cut from here. I showed them a picture and the haircut was nothing like that. The hair in photo were long in front however, after the haircut the hair was very small (i mean very small) from all the sides. It is nothing like we showed to them. Nor the hair dresser asked how long or short we want. Simply said okay and started cutting. We put in trust that they understood what we want. I understand that not every-time the haircut will match the picture, but the length could match right? If the hair is long in pictures at least the hair could be long. Was disappointed.

DO NOT GO THERE! They dont respect your time. Sam told me that this is a non appointment place, but when I dropped in today, he put someone before me, after sitting about one hour in the line. He even didnt apologize for waisting my time. They should be honest with their customers!!!

So I'm a woman, and wanted a men's style haircut. I tried so many women's salons, but they never do a good job. I decided to try a barber shop, and I'm so glad I did! It surprised the staff that I was a woman, but they did my hair anyway, and it's the best haircut I've ever had!! Got exactly what I wanted! Amazing fade, and nice trim on top. The barber was nice, careful, detailed, and the place was clean. I definitely want to go back to upkeep my hairstyle.

While the prices and haircuts are good, they completely ignore the reservation system they have. You book an appointment then wait while 2 people are served before you despite the reservation. Not sure why they bother with the system at all as they are NEVER aware of the reservations and always act surprised. I suspect they forgot they have the system. After MULTIPLE times of this occurring, I'll be searching elsewhere in the future but if you don't mind waiting for up to an hour after the time you booked, go for it.

First Barber I went to after arriving in Burnaby and most likely going to be my only barber from now on. I made a appointment with Steven after seeing on Instagram he's very good at cutting asian guy's hair and doing really clean fades. The haircut experience was great, he took his time to make sure I liked everything I'm seeing each step of the process, and finished the haircut with a hot towel neck massage, you really can't get any better especially at this price range.

I can see why this place has the rating it does. It deserves a solid 5 - there's no doubt in my mind. The attention to detail was the best I've experienced in a barber shop, and I had a great barber already. Good conversation, very comfy setting, and, they have a head vacuum. It's hilarious. It's fantastic.
