Farhad is in my opinion one of the best barbers I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Always professional, and his attention to detail is second to none. If you want to complain about having to make a reservation to get a cut here then maybe stick to Quick Cuts, there’s a reason for it.

This guy thinks he's the only barber in town,I thought i would try a new place,he was outside smoking a cigarette,as I went in,he asked if I had an appointment,I said no that all i needed was a short hair cut,he said i had to have an appointment to see him,but told me he would make an exception this time,the place was empty and i'll never go back.

I have the worst experience here. $35 for a simple men’s haircut, which would only be $10 at other places. And I could tell you the service is not really worth it. Facilities, quality, smell,... nothing special or worthy of the high price

I've just had my 8th haircut with Farhad. I can now say that he is my favourite barber. Always on time, listens to what I want, happy to make suggestions regarding styling and skilled at cutting. I've seen some previous negative reviews regarding his attitude. I have found him to be very friendly, great conversation and always has a smile on his face. I thought I would try this place because it's close to my house. This place is a joke. $35 for a basic haircut. The owner is a extremely rude and smells like cigarettes. The guy thinks he's the best barber in the entire world or something, LOL. The sign outside says walk-ins welcome, but when I was there he refused to take walk-ins and told them they needed to make an appointment. While I was getting my haircut, he turned to barber that was cutting hair beside him and started to yell at him about how he was cutting hair, IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS!!! Also the decor looks like it's from 1974, and the music is way too loud.

Need an appointment for a barber! He told me that with arrogant and contempt . the owner of this shop is very rude. Depending on what you dress, I don’t know if anyone would like to to his attitude , I won’t go there anymore. It's not all about not making an appointment! It's all about your attitude! I don't see any sign for your apology of your action today. so you don't really care about the customer!

I was looking for a new barber, and after passing by this place a few times I decided to look it up. I saw that you needed an appointment, but since the place seemed good I called and made one. The first time I went there I was really happy with the entire experience. They were friendly when I got there, and my haircut turned out looking great. I also enjoyed the hot towel service right after. I really liked this place, so later when I needed another haircut I called and booked an appointment for 5:30 PM on a Friday. This is where my experience went terrible. As I walked up to the shop for my appointment, I noticed that the blinds were already closed. Then when I tried to open the door, it was locked. Both people working there were at the desk and kind of just looked at me shortly then looked back down at whatever they were doing. I pulled at the door again, and the man just mouthed "we're done". It was 5:25 PM, and when I called earlier the lady actually told me that 5:30 PM was their only availability for that day. I tried to tell them I have an appointment, but the man didn't even bother opening the door or even coming near it. Instead, he just stayed behind the desk and kept mouthing that they were closed. I eventually gave up and left. Maybe there was miscommunication between the two when booking my appointment, but they could have definitely handled this better. I found it very rude and disrespectful that they couldn't even come to the door. After that experience, I won't be coming back.
