Racist comment A friend of mine went there to get a haircut, and he was racially insulted by another customer. And they took the side of the other costomer. Very poor customer service.

Great old fashioned barber shop in New Westminster. Guy gives a great haircut for a good price. I will return. Edit 18-Nov-2017. Returned for me second cut. Guy listened to exactly what I wanted and I walked out looking great. Just what I needed to get ready for my job interview!

Employee was very rude, and told one of my friends that “he would not be able to afford their pay rates, (which is around $20, and he normally pays $30/$40 at his typical barber shop). Sad to see that even though it’s 2018 people discriminate others and are racist towards them.

Really great barbershop with a laid back, friendly vibe. Guy is very personable and welcoming person. He's an old school barber that has been doing it for a very long time and knows how to cut hair. If I still lived in New West, I'd still be going to see him for sure.
