My kids and all their friends come here. The staff are experienced and have been doing their craft for years. They ran a great promo here in the first month open they were giving all the kids the first cut for free. I think this is a great way to give back to the community. The salon is easily a 3 min walk from royal oak skytrain. I think you will be pleased to try this salon. Leave them a review and contribute to the growth of a new business. Congrats to Drae’s Salon!

Professional and clean barber shop with good music to set the atmosphere; this shop has been my go to place for the past 2 years. Special shoutout to Mike; the only barber I've been able to find in all these years that can manage the difficult/stubborn asian hair that I have. He takes what you say into consideration to ensure that the job is done right. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get a proper fade/haircut!

Finally felt comfortable again in the barber chair. No complaints whatsoever about my cut. They are hospitable and most of all professional. The music was on point especially if you are from the Caribbean and the stories will have you laughing all day long. Check them out if you're in the area!

Avoid this place. Firstly the barber wasn’t skilled enough to the point were he wasn’t even able to hold the scissors properly. You can’t see the mirror so you don’t know what’s happening. He Started cutting my hair before i completed giving the instructions. Worst hair cut i ever had. My hairs look extremely uneven, it was 200% better before the haircut!! Although behaviour was good but that can’t replace my hair. Unskilled period. Please improve and get your people trained properly!

Kenichia did an amazing job, my mom said it was exactly as she wanted, which is a huge compliment from a lady who will take out her hair right after if she doesn't like it. The vibe was joyful and relaxed we left smiling and dancing. Already booked out next appointment as hands down best braid up in the lower mainland. Thanks Kenichia it was definitely worth the wait. I've been coming to Drae's for 5 years. I have mixed race hair, and after going to a dozen places across the lower Mainland, I can say with great confidence how much I appreciate how they do my hair. I'm extremely particular, and they always exceed my expectations. I always get a very barbershop experience. Good music, good vibes, clean, compliant, good company.
