Probably the best haircut and beard trim that I've ever had. I haven't experienced that level of attention to detail before. No errant hair left untrimmed. When I had myvhot shave at the end, I could barely feel the razor as it glided over the skin, so skillfully was it weilded. It sounds like I'm exaggerating. I'm not exaggerating. I'm just really impressed. Beard pomade! Talcum on the brush as he swept my neck clean. A light refreshing mist before I stood up. Very reasonably priced.

My sister told me that this barber opened up the street. Felt like treating myself to a fresh hair cut, so I figured I would pay them a visit. Went online to find the phone number to see if they take walk-ins or you need an appointment; They do both, which is great! They have some great tunes playing all day, if you're not into the groove you can request something. G the barber is astounding and wise. Check out what they offer at their website. Easily accessible by transit (It's right at Kootney loop). They have a reward card when you get 10 haircuts you get the 11th on the house (they got a card and everything). I waited about 10 minutes before they sat me in a chair, whereas other barbers, you would be waiting an hour or more. I'm coming back 9 more times because that one free hair cut will be glorious. Dial A Style is simply amazing! It is everything you need and more in a barbershop. It's more than a barbershop. It's a family! My boys and I love going there. They are professional, kind and clean. The extra cleanliness they are taking due to the pandemic is impressive. They are also amazing with children. My little one has a disability and the patience and love they give him is beyond words. I especially like that they are family friendly and the music and videos/shows they play is tailored around their audience. Regarding the cuts, there isn't any style that they can't pull out. The lines ups are ON POINT! The Barbers are crazy talented! I wouldn't go anywhere else and don't know why I ever did. He did everything he could to ensure my satisfaction. I wasn't just satisifed... he exceeded my expectations. My hair has never looked this good... all thanks to Isaiah and his attention to detail. He really cares. Anyone working in service or retail could learn a thing or two from him. He's also so young, can't wait to visit him at his own shop one day. I came across this barber shop a few times passing by my sister house, but have never stopped for a cut. One day I decided to try out this barber shop, and I am so glad I did. I was greeted by the owner who had a such a great spirt, he really made me feel wanted. I did not make an appointment but they were still able to accommodate me as a walk in customer. I had my haircut from Isaiah, he is a very nice guy to talk to. Isaiah took the time to ask what type of cut I was looking for and also gave me advice to figure out what was the best look for the shape of my head. The whole haircut experience was amazing, the barber shop had good music on which gave the shop a really nice vibe.Best of all for my second visit to the shop, Isaiah had already remembered me and how I wanted my haircut. I will definitely be continuing to return as a loyal customer and will spread the word of this great barber shop. Thank you to G and all his amazing barbers there!

5 stars is not enough to rate this barbershop. Atmosphere is amazing with nice tracks to vibe to, awesome customer service and if your a dog person this place is a must cuz there's always a French bulldog or two just chilling in the corner (don't worry they don't bite). G always greets you with great enthusiasm which makes you feel so welcome. G even worked overtime after the store closed to detail my brothers haircut. My barber Fabio has the hands of a God cuz in the end your gonna wanna ask yourself out on a date. Overall after the three barbershops I've been to this has to be the best one yet and I don't think I will ever leave this place. Strongly recommend

I come here very often at least 3-5 times a month and every time i'm welcomed with open arms. From the rookies to the vets everyone knows how to give you the cut you want. Their communication and Patience is excellent. No matter your age, young or old you will walk out satisfied. I found out about Dial A Style from Instagram way back. G is a straight up G. I used to drive from Abbotsford to Burnaby every 2 weeks just to get a haircut from him. Even though I’m near his Burnaby shop, I still drive to the Vancouver location. Literally the sickest fade every time hands down. Go get a haircut from him and I guarantee you won’t ever go anywhere else. He cuts to perfection every single time. He spends almost an hour on my haircut and beard. Best barber around.

I booked my appointment online with Booksy which has all the pricing on the app, it was quick and easy to book and it gave me the ability to choose who would cut my hair. Also the Dial A Style web page they inform you of all the protocols before arriving for Covid-19. Now let’s get into it, before walking in they make sure you use their hand sanitizer and also have a mask and to me that is great to see and all the people working there wore masks and gloves. This made me very comfortable knowing that I have family members that are older (70+) and toddlers that live in my house hold. My barber Ross was very attentive and communicated with me always to make sure my fade and cut was on point. Thank you Ross! I had the privilege to meet he owner G and he was super nice and made the clientele comfortable in his shop. I will be back again for another cut.

I gave Dial A Style a try about 5 months ago and have been going there ever since. The guys and gals there take their work seriously but have fun doing it. You can tell they love coming to work. Fabio worked some magic and I walked out with a clean cut and I've been back to see him 4 or 5 times now. They even have a cool cell phone charging station with TV, and it's pretty handy. If you're debating about trying them, just do it, you won't be disappointed. Great job you guys and gals!

whats the point of booking when they can't honour it. I have never been able to sit in the chair right at 10am when they open. I'm usually waiting 5-10 mins after they've open. The one time I show up a little later from my booking time (8mins to be exact), the owner instructs the barber that I booked from 10-1045am to take on another client (a walk-in). I've been coming here since the beginning of summer every 3 weeks to get cleaned up because the atmosphere and staff seem down to earth but this incident left my mouth a little salty and will be talking my business elsewhere.
