I had gone in for a haircut, I had told the lady cutting my hair how I wanted it pretty simple but not hard. She cut my hair totally different then what I had asked for and when I noticed she cut it differently I had asked her to fix it for me as the two sides where not even, she said I can’t fix the haircut. The worst haircut I have ever received! Would not recommend to anyone.

Uninspired clipper work and very little actual haircut yesterday evening. The worst part was when the stylist decided to randomly (in quick spurts) trim the tips of my hair with no apparent goal in mind. Just all over the place. I look like hedghog on parts of my head. The stylist needs training and even more importantly inspiration. I've had much better work at Great Clips. The staff seem nice enough but when i went in that evening, all 7 or 8 of them were sitting down bored reading the paper or texting. It felt like this was where dreams go to die.

Awful experience. Charged $50 for a regular cut that should have been $20 and did not cut my hair the way I wanted. My hairstylist answered 3 personal phone calls while cutting my hair and complained that my hair was too thick.

First off I went in for a trim and what I got was 7" cut off because she damaged my hair foiling it, was over bleached and not the color it was supposed to be the cut was uneven and not what I wanted my hair was so damaged it had to be cut off will never step foot in that salon again.

I could do a better job drunk. I got a absolutely terrible chop job done and i honestly don't know if the hairdresser knows what layers are. Layers are layers throughout your hair to give it shape, not cutting the top part of your hair extremely short and leaving a distinctive line in your hair to where your "layers" start. It's a layered bowl if that's what you're going for. Put in short, I have a lot of hair at the top of my head and almost nothing at the bottom to the point I look like a 70s mom who does her own hair. Molly Ringwald wouldn't even approve. I'm sorry to leave a bad review it's my first time but holy man.

Skilled stylists, sometimes they don't brush the hair off your shoes. Hair on the face i fully cleaned either, but their haircut job is great otherwise. Just ask them to brush excess hair off

I was hesitant at first but I decided to give them a try. Omg, it was the BEST decision ever. I just showed Laura a picture of mine from awhile ago and she cut my beyond my expectation. BONUS: she has great customer service AND we had a great conversation about the city. I've been to make salons but this one gave me so much confidence that I thought I've been here before even though it was my first time. Definitely coming back. Thanks Laura for cutting my hair!
