I had a mixed experience here. I originally went in for a hot towel shave - I had a decent but not long beard that I wanted to get rid of. I was informed the woman who would be doing my shave was "the best there". She asked if I would also like a haircut and I figured - why not. She took her time and gave me a very nice haircut so no complaints there. However, then she proceeded to shave my beard with clippers, then some little battery powered razor. Note - this is my first time going for a hot towel shave - for all I know this prep is normal if you have a bit of a beard (talking 3-4 mm long wiskers here). One of the other barbers said - "he wants a hot towel shave - just do that" - she seemed confused - got a hot towel then went back to the razor. Eventually she put the towel on (luke warm at best) - put on a bit of shaving foam and started the proper shave but kept having issues over parts of my face and beard - kept going back to the damn razor and clippers. In the end - I was shaved sure (and well nicked) but I generally get a much closer shave at home. So while I got a good haircut (which was not my original reason for visiting) my first hot towel shave experience was very dissapointing. I'd go back for a cut but I'll shave at home....

Awful, absolutely awful. I can't speak for the guy (Vincent I presume?), but I had my haircut (if you call it that) by the lady. She sheared me like a sheep in 6 minutes flat. I felt like an animal on the way to the slaughter house. She just rushed through the job like it was a burden. I wish she would have just said she doesn't feel like cutting hair anymore, and had saved me the punishment of her clippers. Whoever you are, I think you might want to consider another career path, as you obviously have no love for cutting hair, or treating people like they matter.

I've never had to make an appointment and walk ins are always welcome. There's somehow always the perfect amount of staff on hand so that you're never waiting more than a few minutes to be helped and each of them are perfect with their craft. I've never been disappointed with any cut I've gotten in my now 10+ visits. I'm reluctant to mention the price in case it changes in the future but Vincent and his team charge the lowest out there, especially for the quality that you get.

They offer many other services like a beard trim or a buzz cut. They even use classic methods for some parts using a straight razor. Asked for a straight razor shave on my head. Was told a buzzer was just the same. Owner said 30 bucks. The buzzer didn't work. They had to use the straight razor like I asked and the owner jacked up the price. Before I left. Piss poor job at best. Did the top of my head but not the back or sides. I'll never come back. The owner is a micro manager. Let your barbers do there work and don't rush your clients out next time.

Never again will I ever give Vincent Adam's my business! He is a miserable human being with no respect who likes to make his customers wait! Also in the 3 months I was going there I noticed how uncomfortable his employees were (with him. He never greeted my boys and I with kindness when we would come by for haircuts and he refused to honor his coupon card after it was filled with stamps. Giving this tiny and pathetic barber shop a one star rating is waaaaay more than poor little Vincent deserves!!!!????‍♂️????????????????????????

This shop is absolutely amazing. AJ is my guy and he is phenomenal. My son tends to go any of the barbers that are available because every single one of them are amazing. The lady cutting his hair today took the time to notice the shirt he was wearing to then pull up that cartoon on her phone for him. If that is not the best customer service I don't know what is. Adam is a great owner he laughs and jokes with his staff and customers to make you feel at home. He's the type of guy that went outside and salted the sidewalk because it was snowing.... My experience wasn’t very typical. I had a very bad one personally. The guy I was with ended up cutting my lips with the scissors. It wasn’t intentional obviously but it is what happened. I was very disappointed in the way he dealt with the situation, he didn’t even apologize or try and offer first aid. Instead he blamed me and said “it was you who was talking” obviously if I was then please put the scissors away. Anyway, I don’t recall seeing any sanitizing liquid to store or put the scissors in between customers. Maybe they do but not that I saw. I ended up going to emergency that night. Regarding the haircut and beard cut it was alright.

The price is hard to beat but the place wasn't very clean when I went. I asked for my hair to be parted a certain way and the barber cut it so short I couldn't part it. I also didn't appreciate the machine being used on my hairline when I asked for only scissors on the top. I'm sure the great reviews here are valid and I probably just had a really bad experience. But I'm for sure not coming back here and I'm very thankful I didn't get a haircut here for a upcoming spceicl event.

After reading the reviews I decided to get my hair cut there. Jane did a great job and took her time. Not sure why reviewers complained about the rushed service. Totally inaccurate. It was a comfortable relaxed atmosphere and Jane took her time to trim my hair right and even took extra time to trim ear hairs and carefully shaved all around the edges. And it was reasonably priced. I will be making Vincent Adams my go to barber and I highly recommend them.

If you have a little kid then this is the shop for you. If you want a professional men's haircut where they take time and don't rush you out the door please choose somewhere else. I have had my haircut there several times and when other barbers take the time to cut my hair right the owner encourages them to hurry up. This is not the experience I want out of a barber shop. Maybe fine for some who wants a cheap cut and cheap experience. But not for me.
