I've been going here for about a year and a half now. All my life up to this point, I had been going to first choice or other chains for haircuts. What a difference this place is. It's a little more money of course, but you really do get what you pay for. The entire staff are incredible and friendly, you feel like you're at a friend's or family's place. I have had my hair cut by almost every person that works there, and been impressed and satisfied by each one, all with their own styles and specialities. I can't say enough good things. If you live anywhere near this place, it's a great step up from the fast food style haircuts that are everywhere. Thanks, Buzz. You guys are great.

Cheryl has been cutting my hair for years now. She is so friendly and talented. I feel she is more of a friend than stylist. The rest of the staff are also amazing, including Rachel who has also cut my hair. Prices are reasonable, and the location is fantastic. They also recently renovated and gave themselves a modern look. Tv’s at every chair is nice for those of us who need visual distractions, but really I go there for the cut and conversations. My favourite (and only!) place I go for haircuts. I only trust Cheryl and Rachel with my hair and make a point to come from Hamilton to visit. Be sure to book in advance online as they do keep themselves busy!

My 17 year old son came by to your shop to get his hair trimmed. Once the haircut was done he was left with a shock to see that he had just about no hair on the sides and a tremendous amount at the top. He came home traumatized. He was so embarrassed he didn't show us his hair until later that night. When we were revealed to this disaster it looked like he cut it himself with his eyes closed. This cut has made him so insecure that he won't step out of the house without something covering his head. He went to another hair dresser to at least try and fix it up a bit. As much as this was against my sons desire to have a haircut like this, you didn't even try to do a good job. All the lines where ragged and there was absolutely no blending. This work was not even worth a dime.

The Buzz is an awesome place to get your hair cut. It's important to note that because this place is so in demand, don't expect a walk-in appointment...it's not a supercuts. Telly has been cutting my hair for over a year, and I visit him every 3 weeks to maintain my look. Their online app makes booking/cancelling/rescheduling appointments a breeze. Be sure to check it out if you want to look dapper.

John runs a great business catering to men’s hair... I’ve had the chance to have my hair cut here but my son has been a regular. He has difficult hair but John knows his stuff - and my son has always been happy with his hair (so there’s that). Over the years, They’ve added chairs and staff that all appear to be very friendly and knowledgeable. An online booking system makes booking appointments (which is highly recommended) a snap.

Went in to get a haircut, had to pay for parking out front, wasn’t greeted at the door at all. Asked other patrons if I needed to check in, they said no. I waited from 4:46pm when I purchased my ticket, at 5:06pm the guy at the desk asks me if I had an appointment, followed by telling me they are booked up. Terrible first impression. Prices did seem a bit on the high side, $35 for Men, Junior $32, Shave $40 and shave and cut $60 ish.

At "The Buzz" your cut is almost secondary, the atmosphere, the incredibly awesome staff give you an unmatched experience. Prices are more than justified with the quality of service you get. It truly goes back to the saying: You get what you pay for. Appointments are highly recommended and their Resurva System makes it super easy to pick your day, time and stylist. Found this place by accident while in the downtown burlington area. Was intrigued by the place and the masks over the models on the windows. I had a bit of a giggle, but remembered I really needed a haircut. My self trim during the peak of covid needed a fix/update. I usually get my hair cut in Toronto, but with COVID it has been a non option. So I booked it very easily online with John a few days later (they book up quickly) and I was not disappointed. John was so personable and a a real laugh. It was an incredible experience. John was incredibly skilled in giving me a top notch styled cut and would recommend this place without question. I will definently be a regular here...forget Toronto. I live in Btown anyways. #keepitlocal

Good team of barbers. They are all very well trains and experienced. You must book to be sure to not be disappointed. Some of these guys are bookrd 2 weeks in advance! Speaks for itself. This is not just a haircut but an experience. The have televisions at every station and more with sports. Watch the game and relax while having your hair styled and cut.

Nice place, close to the big parking lot on Elizabeth st. Just had my second haircut by Telly and he did a great job. If you need a new do or just maintain what you've got, go see Telly, tell him what you want with as few or as many details as you can muster and he'll do it, easy as that. Very reasonable at $28, tax included. Reservations recommended but while I was there someone just walked in and they accommodated him, no problem.

The place has an incredibly relaxed atmosphere, everyone who works here is having fun and enjoying what they do. Each hairdresser rents their own space, so they are all happy to work here and are dedicated to their trade. I would highly recommend this place. It's great if you are looking for some new style, or if you want a skilled hairdresser to get your style just right!
