Just got here at 7:10pm on a Wednesday. It says they're open until 8pm and there's only one guy in the chair. 50 minutes until close. Guy says he is closed for the day. Really disappointing that he can't (or won't) do 2 haircuts in 50 minutes. I can't rate the quality of the service, but not being open in the range of your posted business hours is not cool.

You have to get there early enough before closing. I've made this mistake a few times now. It may be a pain, but Ray is worth it. $15 haircut is worth every penny. Does a fantastic job.

I almost don't want to give a review because it's just such a damn good place and I don't want the secret getting out. Never been to a place where the barbers were so meticulous with my hair and obtaining perfection! Not a place to go to if you want to be in and out in 5 min. These guys take their time but it's absolutely worth it!! 6*****

The overall service was fine but they only take cash payments and there is an atm which will charge you for the service. In a time of COVID not having tap cards is an issue.

Spent 15 minutes pushing traffic to be there 40 minutes before posted closing and it's locked up. Guess they don't need cusyomers. I'll stick to kronos where they have a line up and will stay open to keep customers.

I used to goto Ray for beard trims. He is no longer working. This is strictly regarding the beard service. With Ray you would get a trim or fade, hot foam straight razor trim and a full front and back neck clean up for 10$. I recently went in to the new ownership and he literally trimmed with a clipper. I can do that at home. Used to come all the way from Winona to see Ray.

HORRIBLE! Just left this place and had a horrible experience as well as a horrible haircut (picture included). This barber went way to high in his attempt to shave “strays”, as he called it, without asking to shave there. Usually a barber asks first time clients if they would like to line up any part of the haircut. This barber did not ask me anything. He may have sensed my unhappiness and realized I will likely not return, proceeding to charge me an extra 10$, totalling 30$ instead of 20$. When I asked why this was, he explained because he lined up my beard (this is false, he only faded the sideburn section. Once again, without asking me if I wanted my beard lined up he pulled out the straight blade at which point I spoke up and told him to put it back. I didn't want that thing used on me (especially after what he did to ruin my widows peak area - imagine what he could do with that blade!). Finally he tells me to just leave and he did not want anything and i said fine with me. I figured he did not want to look any worse in front of the two gentlemen waiting for cuts. As I left I mumbled ‘you messed up my hair’ which prompted him to follow me outside and swear at me and verbally assault me! I am planning on contacting police for his assault.
