The most friendly and generous service I've had hands down! I was in to get my usual buzz cut and clean up before a wedding. The service was great and the barber squeezed me in between clients. Amazing! Then when going to pay I realized I had forgot my wallet... and had to get going to the wedding... and they were closed the next day! It was a simple buzz, but still took time and I felt terrible. I haven't been back to Penticton since! Next time I am there, I'll be at the M&B for a buzz and double payment! Thanks for keeping my head looking clean for the wedding photos!

After many years of searching I finally found a barber that understands what i want and does it right every time. I was suuuper disappointed when I went to make an appointment with Melissa and found out she was no longer working at her previous location but that all turned to relief when i found out she had opened her own barber shop "The Mug & Brush"! Very relaxed atmosphere and i leave there looking my best every time. I work up north and will sometimes be gone for several months but i let my hair grow until i get home so I know it will get done properly. 5 stars all the way!
