RAMI at Looking Sharp I walked into Looking Sharp for the first time last week and Rami warmly greeted me. My hair was a mess and I mentioned to Rami that I was going to start a new job next week. He knew at once what would look good on me; he has impeccable tastes but was also very patient in explaining to me all the various choices. Once I made the decision, he proceeded to give me the BEST haircut ever! Rami spent an hour and a half cutting, fixing, trimming and styling my hair! He is obsessed with details and is very patient, never rushing. I have been to many barbers around town but not once have I come across someone as focused and dedicated as Rami. He takes serious pride in his work and the results show. Meeting him seriously made my week and from now onwards I’ll only be going to Rami for haircuts! He’s a very friendly guy and I can’t believe it was only $19. I made sure to tip him very well to compensate for his 1.5 hour of effort. Rami, if you’re reading this, I just want to say THANK YOU AGAIN!

I've visited a lot of barbers and Bebo is definitely one of the best. Super friendly service, great conversation, and a warm smile. He pays incredible attention to detail and my haircut looked exactly as I'd described it. $19 for a 25 minute haircut? That price is hard to beat. They also have WiFi, a TV, and a washroom (makes the wait go by much quicker—I went on a Wednesday morning and waited 20 min so anticipate a line-up). Will definitely be back :)

Went in for a cut had a photo of what i wanted. Walked out with a cut far from what I wanted. The barber put no effort/detail into the cut and it was the most uneven haircut I have ever gotten. I’ve been going to the same barber in Richmond for the last 30 plus years and it was time for a switch. Found “Lookin Sharp” through Google because of their high ratings. Walked in on Sunday, right when they opened and I was already #6 in the lineup. The plus side was that all six were waiting for the one barber. ???? So I got in right away with Jonathan. Told Jonathan what I wanted my hair to look like and then he worked his magic. 30 minutes later. Voila. A new hair style that fits me perfectly. My haircuts were always about 10-15 minutes (the most) from my last barber. But when I saw Jonathan taking his time trimming and how meticulous he was; I knew I was in good hands. I've been to multiple barbers in Richmond and Vancouver and I went to Lookin' Sharp about 8 weeks ago and it's the best haircut I've had in years without spending over $40 at some expensive place downtown. There was about 6 barbers in there and I saw Rami. He was extremely detailed and weeks after he cut my hair it still looked great because of the small details he paid attention to. My dad was a great barber for about 15 years and watching many of the guys in the shop do their lines and fades, I won't hesitate to sit down in the chair of any of the guys that work there. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great cut and as a bonus, the price is extremely reasonable as well!

Amazing service and the staff are always friendly. I went with Rami, all I can say is that I finally found a barber that knows how to cut and style my hair accordingly. He pays so much attention to detail and he really takes his time. I also appreciate that they take appointments, because I hate waiting in line to get a haircut and it's also beneficial for the barbers as they are able to take proper brakes and take their time with clients which results in better quality cuts! As far as safety measures goes during Covid, they have all the safety protocols in check, masks must be worn by staff and clients, hand sanitizers, and dividers are all in place. Highly recommend to everyone!

Easily the best skin fade I have had in Vancouver. Line up was perfect and it was all nicely blended. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great cut!

Had my first hair cut in 4-5 years today. Wow, sure looks great. Didn't know what I wanted. Wasn't sure if I wanted to keep it long or go short. I just asked Rami to make it look good. At one point I said I liked the look of the fade that alot of guys got, but he told me he didn't think that would work for me. At the end I love what he did, looks great. It sure as heck won't be another 5 years before my next cut! I'll be returning to Lookin' Sharp next month. Well it's now next month and I returned. I had to move my review from 4 stars to 5. It would have been 6 or more if I could. Rami did a great job again! This time I had my beard trimmed and my ears waxed. For me Lookin Sharp has set a standard that can't be beat. I'll be back there in another 6 weeks.

This place is the best place for haircuts and fades. Priced very reasonably and definitely great bang for your buck. Super clean, professional, well-kept and well-run business. Rami is my go-to barber and his skills are sharp. He always gets my haircuts exactly how I want them- or even better! The only pro resulting from covid- is that now I get to pre-book my appointments with Rami. So I don't have to wait 1-2 hours. Pre-covid, the waits would be incredibly long due to the high demand and common peak hours.
