I was not gonna post a review here but the owner insisted for an honest review. So here you go. The haircut was of decent quality BUT, If you are a new customer, never go to this place, your time will be mocked. Even if you book an appointment and go, they will keep jumping the people they know even if they came an hour after you. I'm right now at the shop, I booked an appointment at 7:30 and reached at 7:25 p.m. almost 6 people came after me and even the guy who had appointment at 8 has had his haircut and went. 9:15 p.m. now and I am still waiting. So, if you are an existing customer, keep going, new customers keep this in mind. You can surely get good quality haircut for better price from other barbers. Will never return or recommend to anyone. Thank you.

Quality was good; however, the biggest let down are the wait times or should we say pushing back appointments for an hour or two. Made an appointment a few days earlier and called the day of and was told to come in an hour after my scheduled appointment and then wait an extra hour an a half. Time management skills need improvements severely. Had the same thing happen to me before already at this barber shop. No respect for customer time and unprofessional.

Made an appointment but waited over 2 hours for my boys to get in the chair. Not exactly a kid friendly environment. Overall experience was dissatisfying. Won’t be going there again

Positive - Clean shop, good music, respectful atmosphere and the cleanest, sharpest, best fades, line ups and cut I have received in Brantford and surrounding area. Uncomparable. Wait time needs improvement but can't complain when Barber is most popular in area. Keep up the great work!

These guys are the real deal, came all the way from Hamilton as they were open and they really put in work and try hard to give you the best cut possible. I usually have a good experience at this shop, had not visited in over a year. I called to see if I needed an appointment. Was told by the guy on the phone he had.an appointment available due to a cancellation. Walked directly into a barber chair on a Friday *first red flag* Saw other customers waiting, no complaints *second red flag* Barber started. After 45 minutes, barber asked owner (Dre) for advice on the frohawk I asked for. Dre suggests that I come sit in his chair after hea done with his customer - current barber says "No, I am enjoying it." After an hour+ barber tells me he needs to get the finishing touches from owner. "I am an apprentice." Owner looks over with disappointment, lets me walk out of his shop with a Jimmy Neutron haircut when I wanted a frohawk. Charges me full price anyway. Won't be returning or recommending this shop. Took my son in to get a few inches off his hair, as its almost down to his butt. We were turned away and told the barber's there did not "trim" hair. Not too impressed that barber's did not know how to do trims. Maybe it was more of an issue of "who" we were and not what we were looking for. On the search for Native friendly barbershop. Will not return.

Excellent barbers, they know their stuff black hair, caucasian hair,East Indian hair, they have a barber that can give you the hair cut that you want,and good gossip while you wait there is a little west Indian store about 3 doors down that sell good jamacian patties and soda, but be prepared to wait as this is a busy joint and Dre is good!!

Excellent barber shop. The owner, Dre, is incredibly polite, professional and personable, as are the other barbers. Barber Dee is a great guy, very meticulous and respectful, I can tell he takes great care and pride in what he does, and he does it well. I leave every time feeling refreshed and pleased with my haircut and beard trim, as well as the conversation and interactions. Check out this barber shop, you wont be disappointed. This review, as positive as it is, still cant do them justice. Go and experience it for yourself. 10/10

The guy who runs the place does not value the time of his clients. You make an appointment for 5 and he wont see you until 6:30. During which time he's shaving a coworkers head for 50 mins while showing each other youtube videos. No respect and unprofessional

Called last night kinda last minute before we went out for dinner. It was busy but the wait wasn't long. Loved the vibe and the energy of the shop; especially from the owner, Barber Dre. It was a very positive experience. The music he was playing made it hard for me to sit still lol. Barber Dre knew exactly how to cut my hair and didn't rush.
