First time I came in, things were right on time - got a great haircut and good conversation, and left. The second time I arrived at my appointment time, there was one guy in the chair and another waiting. I wasn't greeted or told that things were behind. I waited to make sure the other guy was ahead of me, and I left. I won't be back.
