Best in Brampton. My appointments are usually on time, which is great because i'm always in a rush. Hair cuts are always on point, shop is decked out with modern amenities, kept clean and the barbers are very welcoming. They make sure you leave feeling and looking your best!

Only place I come to cut my hair, been coming here since I was a toddler! Once in a blue moon because of life circumstances I was forced to go to other barbers .... Big Mistake! Horrible haircut. Not sure if it was the guy's first day or what. First of all while I was in the chair, he thought he was done and I had to point of several places that we're still unfinished and uneven. Just got home and saw that I have spots of longer hair in the side of my head where its supposed to be buzzed, the line I asked to put in is not finished - it doesn't go all the way to the back. My hair is uneven. And most importantly I asked the guy not to touch my beard, and before I realized what he was doing he went ahead and started trimming away and attempting to line it up, so I had to let him finish. Going to go wait in line (which I was trying to avoid) at my reg guy to have him fix it tmrw morning. I would not suggest this place if it's your first time and you like your current style.

Very rude and arrogant bunch of fools, most especially the short white guy, took my son in for a cut and they were all looking like they are too big to do a almost 3year old boys hair, and the silly short rabbit was asking me what number and am like what does he mean by the number, I told him to do the hairstyle he has on, all of a sudden he started raising his voice saying I should have told him I don't know what he meant by number, I told him not to worry, and his response was he doesn't even wanna do the cut and they all feel cool about it. I left with my son to another barbers shop where they were so pleasant with and even gave my son a nice haircut

The atmosphere in here is a bit less appealing than in other barbershops I've been to. It's very quiet and doesn't feel like a nice good vibe. My Barber on the hand, was very good- no complaints. I'm going to give it another shot to see if I can deal with the drab vibe...otherwise I'll have to switch as I like a nice upbeat barbershop where it's not dead silent no music, no TV, nothing.

Ok so this was my first time going here and so I got turned away at first cuz the owner was eating and I didn’t have an appointment which is fine, so I made an appointment for the following day, the guy who I presume is the owner cuz of how he was talking to the other employees cut my hair, the overall cut wasn’t bad but maaaaaaan did he eff up my line up, I have the sides faded and the top long to my shoulders but tied up, the line going around my head was a little choppy so asked for him to fix it up, I now have a have inch gap going around my head. When I untied my hair I had a handful of hair that took over a year and a half to grow!! ????????‍♂️????????‍♂️ I just don’t understand why he did it the way he did, he cut the hair off the top but kept the line lower where it had originally been, now there’s a finger width gap on one side. Also he never took my hair out to manage himself to make sure he was on point. Not my first hair cut so I know how it works. Now I have to go get it fixed before my vacation! Wish I could post a pic lol

I found Uptown Hair Studio about 4 months ago and have more or less been going there every month since then. From a regular haircut to a good fade I haven't been disappointed by my service there. Everyone is very nice yet professional and very efficient at what they do. I've also bought the beard balm from here that I've really enjoyed. Oh and get the hot towel treatment if you have the chance.

If you are looking for a good hair cut i would not recommend coming here. dont let their high rating fool you. It certainly fooled me. Pros: Good service, clean, good atmoshphere. Con: Hair cut.(most important criteria) I got a fade and comb over. after i got the hair cut i wasnt very impressed with the fade. normally a day or two after a hair cut the hair starts settling in place and starts looking good. this hair cut progressively got worse.

I had booked for Sliver service: cut and shave, When I said shave as well he goes you did not book for it . Then he just rushed through cutting and shaving Did not offer me Razor shaving, just used the machine. He just wanted me to get of the door ( there was no body else and I had booked an appointment for Half hour). when i sat in my car and looked in the mirror there were still certain areas where the shave was not done . Worst experience..

Keith is in rush. You are job of mins and 25$. No knowledge of hair type and direction of hair growth. Not paying attention even if you show how you want and how you dont want. Typical established hairs salons attitude. Better try someone new atleast new person will hear you and understand .

I am a repeat customer and have been subjected to appalling wait times even after booking appointments prior. The one instance where I was running 10 minutes late the barber (Danish) was not willing to accommodate me for a simple line up which would have taken less than 20 minutes; I was ignored by both Danish and Keith and made to wait for 20 minutes only to not get a cut, mind you I have waited due to Danish’s miscalculations for over an hour before. I have given this establishment too many opportunities to do better. I will never return and I will not refer anyone ever. Prior to writing this review I have schemed down at the other poor experiences from customers alike. The responses from the Uptown is a generic apology and a complimentary service, word of advice instead of giving people free services due to your attitudes why don’t you consider fixing the problem at THE SOURCE! This group of guys have HORRIBLE customer service skills.

I called ahead to make an appointment for a cut. I asked for their next available time and who ever was on the other line sounded annoyed and irritated by me, as if they had no time for me. I was just continuously told to name a time myself. So I did, and I was subsequently told they were booked for that time. Eventually they did give me a time to come in, so I drove on over through the rush hour traffic. When I arrived right on time for my appointment the doors were all locked, the curtains pulled down and the lights were all off. The sign on the door said they should still be open for a few more hours. I called numerous times with no answer or message option. What gives guys?

Visited here for the first time since my regular barber was all booked up. Front desk was really friendly and offered me a bottle of water while I waited for my cut. Josh did a decent fade - he really takes his time making sure he’s doing the right thing. Reason for the 2 star review is the fact that the owner pulled josh away twice to talk to him while giving me my cut. The conversation was something along the lines of “hurry up” because one of his regulars walked in with his kid and didn’t have an appointment so he wanted to get the taken care of ASAP. After that josh had to rush and finish up my fade. Very unprofessional by the owner - josh go cut somewhere else where you aren’t micromanaged.
