The barber smelled sting of cigarette. The hot towel was unavailable, pretty strange for a barber shop. They used a trimmer - with no perfection. Beard trip was really uneven, intact I have to get to redone. The neck hair was slept because the person was in rush. No credit card option, only cash is available and were inviting more tips I felt. Not professional and incorrect ratings. All rating are from people with 1 or 2 reviews overall.

Horrible first visit. My hair were so poorly cut - i had to get another haircut in 2 days just to look normal. They were totally not aligned and non-symmetrical. Also, the fact that they accept cash only - i wasnt told until my haircut was done - and then had to use the ATM machine with high transaction fee. And then when i was making a payment to the guy - he almost expected a tip - even though the haircut and the service was subpar. He was like "Do you want change?" when i gave him $40. Never coming back!

I'm sorry guys. I booked an appointment for Noon on April 9 via Booksy and the shop is meant to open at 10am. I showed up at 11:45 and the place was closed and empty. I called the number via Booksy, it rang once and it was rejected. I waited until 12:30 and then left. This was meant to be my first time here, and I didn't even get to experience a haircut. A real shame because I had to frantically find another place to get my haircut as I was flying out that night for a business meeting. Do they provide great haircuts? Maybe, I'm not sure Would I give them another chance? No.

I don't know where this barber learned how to give a fade, I do not remember the name but she was horrible. They are not worth 40 bucks, once i had to go to first choice and it was the same(never been there since either). I thought ok maybe it's just her but looked around and saw all of the other customers with long faces... highly do not recommend this place, one barber drank two beers while I was there and then took a client. I'm all for a chill place but u can't drink and cut my hair.. it's a nice looking place but don't let that get you like they got me. Will never go here again. Worst haircuts I have seen since I was in grade school, hopefully I can get it fixed by someone tomorrow. Don't spend 40 bucks here if u don't care about ur hair then just go to a $10 first choice haircutters barber.

Hair lining was uneven. I went with a hair cut and beard option. Uneven lining on either side. Missed lining below my lip. Furthermore, failed to provide a mirror so as to view the back of my head. Also asked for a razor fade aka 0.5 fade. Instead received a 1.0 fade. I visited their shop as a recommend from a friend. Will not be going back.

I’ve been going to IDNTY ever since it opened. Shawn has been cutting my hair for a while now and I highly recommend him! He takes his time and makes sure you get what you want. Every cut he gives me is always quality. He’s also a very nice and funny guy! In general the whole place has a good vibe! Highly recommend going there!
