Honestly was one of the worst experiences ever, literally showed the lady cutting the hair an exact picture of what was wanted and she did the exact opposite! Now stuck with a cut that is gonna take forever to grow back in! I feel like if someone is showing you a reference photo that you take the time to look at it completely and then discuss more with your client of what they would like! Some people have trouble being rude to a hair stylist seeing as it's a public thing. Honestly will never be back here again. What a shame! ***Response to comment*** No it wasnt my son, it was my partners and she had blonde hair. The picture shown was not an undercut and had a weight line that was perfectly faded with a side part, and she showed you the picture zoomed in and said faded up to a weight line of hair not an undercut, its shaved all the way up and the hair on top was so uneven and left to just flop in the back! Its insane how different the haircut is to the photo and it's not like it wasnt achievable seeing as she had a good amount of hair grown in to work with, the end result is so heartbreaking! Sorry but please be more aware of what is happening and double checking with clients before you just go ahead and shave all the way up their hair. To be honest worst $20 I have ever spent now trying to look on how to salvage it.

Very rude customer service. Called to book an appointment and she had a very derogatory tone the entire time, and then heard her saying "I don't have time to deal with that right now" before she hung up. I wouldn't trust my hair to a place like that, and neither should you!
