Normally have a good experience and the staff are quite friendly. Recently though I came in they cut it way to short and not what I thought I asked for (although maybe I didn't describe myself properly). Either then this time though they normally are quite good and I like how my hair looks afterwords.

Went to "The Chop" in Trenton and they brutalized my hair. Quickly searched for am alternate barber to make things right, so I stopped into Tony's barbershop and was quickly taken care off by Terrance. Terrance is passionate about his job and is very skilled, he knows how to cut hair to all the modern styles. In the Quinte West region, I will not visit any other barber, just Terrance from Tony's barbershop. 5+ stars!

I messed up my hair bad when I tried to cut it myself. Went there soon as they opened up in the morning. My barber, Terrance cleaned it up nicely for me. So glad to have gone there for my haircut. The place is nice and clean, the staff are friendly and seem to know what they're doing. I saw people of all ages come thru the door. Will definitely come back again.

Worst haircut I’ve had in my life, I’m embarrassed for people to see it. I’m sure there are some good hairdressers who work here but I’ve been 3 times and been very disappointed every time. The epuipment seemed dirty even for a barbershop, the clippers and razor used on me both had clumps of hair from the previous customer and hadn’t been sterilized. As for the haircuts themselves, the ones I’ve received have simply been very poor quality and I felt embarrassed going out before the hair grew out. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE that I have seen hairdressers here who give excellent haircuts, I’ve just not been lucky enough to sit with them yet.

Decided to go for a cut this morning. Never tried a barber in Belleville so went to Tony's after reading the reviews. It had been about 3 weeks since my last cut and the outline how my hair was cut last time was quite clear. Told the barber number 2 and they proceeded to cut my hair and then switch to a number 3 for the fade. My hair is the same length all over on the side and you can tell there is no fade. Tell her it's a number 2 all around and she apologizes and says some clients don't know what they want but you do. I wasn't rude about anything. She also mentioned that I have product in my hair and it is not good for her tools. Haircut I received will have to be fixed. To top it off, no change of blade when shaving my edges. That's disgusting for a barber not to change the blade. Will never be back to Tony's

My husband has been going to Tony for 20 years. Our son had his first haircut there and has being going there since. The staff are great and the atmosphere is friendly. The prices are super too!

Since covid one needs an appointment, they never had a phone number to call, so now one has to go there to make an appointment most of the time to come back another day for a haircut, compared to their competition you can call for an appointment, further more since their "star" barber Simon left, the cuts are not that good, after 9 years going there time to try other barber shops

Went in to get a simple layer/thin... The woman who did my hair pushed a layer over the back of my head so I couldn't see the CHUNK she took out of my head. Got home & showered, called the place explaining my situation (left voicemails). Not ONE person from this establishment has contacted me back. Waste of $30 & I now have a CHUNK of hair missing. The womans name was either Julie or Julia - I would NOT EVER reccomend her or this place of business for a hair cut. SUPER unprofessional.
