This was my first visit to Jazz Studio, Julie cut my unusual blend of curly, wavy and non curly hair and I must say she got it! I went there for a good hair cut called layer cut with bangs. I was hoping that this will be the best hair cut because I saw many good reviews, however I was so disapppinted regarding my hair cut. My bangs are not properly cut like professionals do and they just cut few layers from the back. Went home and showed my cut to my friends and Got so bad response from everyone. Sorry for this review but so much bad service.

Very bold hair cut. Had very long hair and got it cut short which is fine because it's what i wanted! But i payed almost $35 for a plain hair cut that took her 5 minutes to cut. Wash was very quick wasn't relaxing at all. Good hair cut but didn't thin out my hair like i wanted....left with super thick ends of my hair. Found somewhere to get it fixed for free. Thanks. Unfortunately i won't be returning.

Marc provided excellent customer service, even getting me a protein box from starbucks as my procedure was lengthly. Highly advise if you are looking for a hair stylist to look no further. I got my hair done my Corey and he was amazing! I'm new to Belleville and was nervous of going to a new salon as I have had major hair blunders done in the past but Corey was open and friendly and explained everything before he did it and why he was going it. All the staff I met were friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be at work even at 8pm! Unbeatable prices and amazing atmosphere! Will be recommending to anyone and everyone! I cannot wait to go back and get my colour done!

From the moment you walk into this salon you are greeted with a smile and you are made to feel welcome. The salon is clean, fresh and a mix of elegance and modern flare. The gentleman behind the desk immediately greeted my with a huge smile and took me on a tour of the salon. He explained several different things about the salon such as products, stylist and levels and also what they are doing to reduce their carbon footprint such as recycling and repurposing hair clippings into oil absorbing socks to help the environment during oil spills, recycling the foils used in processing etc... This is incredible! I then filled out a short questionnaire about myself and was taken to my chair by Corey my AMAZING stylist. I explained what I was going for and he gave suggestions and pinpointed exactly what I wanted. We chatted. We laughed. He made me tea and we had a wonderful experience, most definitely the best I have had in a salon EVER. No intimidation, no feeling stupid for asking questions. Just a genuine lovely experience with an incredible result! See you in 6 weeks Corey for another and thank you so much xox!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love the staff here and the wonderful quality cuts! It's a warm, welcoming environment with very talented stylists. My only issue is, my male counterpart can get the same haircut as I do.. for almost half the price!! I don't understand why. Wash, dry, cut, style.. we literally get the same hairstyle, from the same stylist :/

Phenomenal staff. They like their jobs and it shows. This is a Redken salon, but they don't push product on you. Super clean, very classy. They have different levels of staff, so there are different price levels. I've taken my kids here to.

I chose Jazz for my wedding hair because they were very friendly and accommodating. My bridesmaids and I all got our hair done in good time and my hair lasted all night! The building itself is a beautiful old house and very whimsical with lots of space to do your makeup.

Very upfront and realistic about what can be done with your hair and what kind of maintenance you can expect. Without a doubt the best fades I've ever had. I have been going to Aleesha at Jazz since last summer. I have been to a few stylists in the area who were all talented, but they did not offer the same experience as Aleesha and Jazz. The salon has a friendly, welcoming, and professional atmosphere. Aleesha is personable, genuine, and attentive. She is also dedicated to learning and skill development. She is easy to book with and accommodating, which is great for people like me who have a hectic schedule. I especially recommend her as your new colourist!

My stylist, Corey, and I have some great conversations while he is creating what I have asked him to do.. because Jazz listens to their clients.... unlike many other Salons! Best part is that they know the products that will bring out the very best in your particular hair! Honesty.... if they dont think it will work they wont lie and attempt it.... that in itself is a reason to try Jazz too! Spent 2 years cultivating a relationship with my stylist Bec. She's fabulous! Jazz promoted her and DOUBLED my price for the same services I'd been receiving for 2 years. Jazz's solution was for me to go with a new Jr Stylist if I wanted to continue to pay the same price. So...I lose my Stylist, my Stylist loses a Client and Jazz continues to fill their coffers! No thanks! I come for Bec not for Jazz. If I was going to lose my Stylist, I'd find a new one closer to home - certainly not continue to fund Jazz!. I was told that my situation is "normal in growing businesses". Well Jazz....I'm following Bec and good luck with your growing business!

I was immediately greeted and was given a tour of the salon and got to learn about the business (this place is really green and eco-friendly which should be reason enough to check them out) My stylist Julie listened to what I wanted, gave me lots of advice and knowledge, and we had such a blast chatting, laughing, and boping along to the great tunes! They have many stylists to choose from at different levels so you are able to choose the one that best suits your budget. A warm atmosphere, a killer head massage and fabulous products you definitely get your monies worth. The salon offers trending hair styles and colours (they show through their work they stay on top of their game)...I have to give a huge shout out to my stylist Ann Martin...from day one she has listen intently to what I like and don't like and has always made me feel and look like a million bucks when I leave the salon. Ann is truly talented with her techniques and visions as to what she feels would look good on a person and can properly describe and share her vision with you so you have a total understanding of what the final outcome will look like. Ann also takes the time to fully explain how to style your hair when you are at home and shows the products used and how to properly use them yourself. You are never rushed through this experience. Ann has my total trust and I know I can sit in her chair and confidently give her full reign to create whatever beautiful look she wants just for me...if you want 100% control as to how you want your hair cut Ann will totally respect your wishes 100% as well...what more could a person want...she also is very accommodating with appointment times...I can go on and on...I highly recommend you to go to Jazz Hair Studio yourself for an experience you will not regret????
