Greg in FANTASTIC took my 2 year old son in for a cut the other day. My son won't let anyone cut his hair I've been trying for 2 months and walked out of many places with nothing cut off (including his Aunt's shop). Greg was wonderful able to cut his hair while making my son feel relaxed with hugs & high 5s by the end. We WILL be back!

Greg is Fantastic. We recently moved to Belleville from about 3 hours away. And my 3 boys have only been to Greg since we moved here a few months ago. My boys are always happy with the finished look (and they can be pretty tough critics). I used to go to bigger salons back home and get all their haircuts done at the same time by different people (because let's face it... Boys don't like to sit and wait). Greg gets all their hair cuts in the same amount of time that it took others to do one haircut, and he does a far better job! He does exactly what they want (and they are all different). Thank you Greg for being so fantastic and making at least the hair one less thing to worry about in a new city!

Don't let the excessive Not so modern storefront signage fool you.I went in after switching to another private salon that recently closed.I had my hair completely damaged over and over by liscenced people.I was pleasantly surprised by the professional customer service and genuine care for my hair.I didn't only get a Total makeover,I got an experienced professional and respectful gentleman ( Greg). without the High class Price...you do wait a little longer for the multiple haircuts they do,being only one other staff girl,who seems to start the cuts,while Greg finishes(odd,not sure why)..Thank You Greg,,,was a pleasure....

I'd rate it with zero stars but the app won't allow it. Great place to get your hair cut if you're a man. Greg butchered my hair. Gave me layers that I didn't even ask for which he didn't know how to cut. He's not into listening to or, servicing the customers. He's going through the motions. Worst hair cut in the history of my life. Do not go there unless you're a guy--that he does well.

I can just say that my hair cut from here was the worst haircut I can remember. I thought First choice Haircutters were bad, but this place has definitely found a new bottom. The owner, who also happened to cut my hair, was too personal with his questions, really rude with his employees, was singing and dancing while doing my hair, and as a result made my hair look worse than before the haircut. It has been a whole month since the haircut and they still haven't taken any shape or style no matter what I do with it. The only reason I went to this place was the fact that he has been in operation for many years, so he must be good. BUT NO,HE HAS BEEN IN OPERATION FOR SO LONG BECAUSE HE IS JUST CHEAP. PROBABLY THE CHEAPEST IN THE AREA. SO IF I DID NOT CARE OF MY LOOKS, HE WOULD BE GREAT. So save yourself the sorrow and go elsewhere

I've gone several times and each time have been pleased with the speed and efficiency of the cut and friendliness of Greg, but it's just not a good haircut. My son reminded me that the last time I was in I'd sworn I would not go back but was in a rush and happened by the salon last week.. I'd forgotten about my previous visit. He cuts primarily with shields on clippers and asks what # you want to start. If you're not sure he grabs what he thinks is a good idea and begins shaving on the back. It was close to what I wanted so I agreed but then the cleanup portion with scissors is spotty and rushed. Both sideburns and hair around my ears is uneven (not even cut in one area), and the overall blending from sides to top is rounded like a cue tip, and the part is messed up, all due to the rushed job. Friendly and fast is as good as I can say, and I won't be back.

I was in desperate need of a haircut for some time. I have heard of Fantastic Greg's before from various people along with a Facebook site Belleville Neighbours. Today I got my haircut at Fantastic Greg's on Front street in Belleville, just across from the TD bank. I have never written a Review positive or negative after any haircut however I must say this was a very note worthy experience. I got my haircut done by Greg and I can't tell you how pleased I am with it. He was very friendly with me and gave some really good tips in styling my hair. He did not try to upsell me on expensive products. The cost of the haircut was on unbelievable it was only $16!!. He took immense pride in doing my hair and ensured that he did it the way I wanted it. He was more than happy to tweak my haircut to my liking. He was extremely personable and very down-to-earth. It was too easy to get in with an appointment. They were Very professional and concerned with my own health and welfare due to covid. I wore my mask the entire time he performed my haircut. The mask did not hinder his ability to cut my hair. I had to sanitise and write my information in their book. Fantastic Greg's really put my mind at ease on how serious That they were about the coronavirus and my safety. I will definitely be a repeat customer Thank you Fantastic Greg's

Greg truly is fantastic! My 3.5yr old son doesn't sit still for long periods of time and he looks much older so many hair stylists expect a lot from him and they seem to get super frustrated when he moves around. Not Greg! He talked to my son the entire time and moved so quickly (yet efficiently) which had my son enthralled! Best hair cut my son has ever recieved and terrific prices! I would definitely recommend and will be going there from now on!

People that say they’ve received a good haircut here are either blind , bald or receiving a clipper cut. I swore I’d never go back after he butchered my hair last time. I thought I’d give him the benefit of doubt and give him another try in order to redeem himself again. WRONG choice! Because he cuts your hair to his tastes you don’t get what you want. I told him 3 times I comb my hair back while wet . He combed it forward and cut it the way he thought looked good. End result , once home and washed my hair. What mess!!!! SO uneven. There were places that weren’t cut and others that were. Seriously a blind man could have done better. !! ( I have really thick hair so imagine a head of hair with little splotches cut to a clipper 4 length and other areas not even cut .grrrrr) Cheapest price in town IS NOT is the way to go! Now I have to do what I should have done in the first place. Go to another place and have his terrible hair cut fixed. I’m certainly not going back there. The only reason he received a two instead of a one is because he is friendly and it is cheaper.
