POOR QUALITY TO PRICE I ordered a Teleflora's Be Happy Bouquet with Roses. I received a smiley cup, a little bigger than a coffee mug with flowers that had no smell, and a card stuck in it after I specifically requested NO CARD. it was not nearly as nice as shown on the website, and definitely not worth the $65.00 I paid for it. Very poor quality. Very disappointing.

I just told them what I wanted to spend and they put together something tasteful that was always appreciated by the recipient. Berber's Flowers designed my wedding flowers in October 2015. I have been a customer of theirs for years. Barber's stands behind their product and I have never been disappointed. On one occasion we had flowers delivered out of town for a funeral and went through their shop. The result was poor and Barber's went out of their way to have it rectified with the florist at the other end. Barber's provides quality product at a reasonable price. My wedding experience with them was seamless. We did not have a single issue with our flowers and they were stunning. Thanks Barber's for years of great service, and for always putting a special touch on everything I order.

DISAPPOINTED to say the least, I ordered a bright and cheery flower arrangement for my friend and it was nothing like shown on the site, it was small and the colours were dull and quite sad. Waste of money, I should have known the minute the lady answered the phone, not a personable person. I regretted it as soon as I hung up and when I saw the arrangement I really regretted it, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on this place.

I went in kinda knowing what I was looking for. It wasn't long before I was approached and asked if I needed I help, I like this this opens up a line, I then replied "good for now thank you". Turns out I did have a question or two lol. Staff picked up on this and was right there to answer my questions. I got good quality help my purchase was 3 small tropical plants. The store itself had a few plants to choose from. The flower selection seemed to be ok in size mind you I went in for plants so I did not pay much attention. My review is for the customer service. I am a satisfied guest and will return.
