Best thing is their great clips app where you can check in one hour before you get to salon on your phone and know how busy what salon is. Shows all salons in area and estimated wait times. Great place for a haircut or more. Robert W Martin Barrie ontario Canada . PS ; after your first cut they store your haircut preferences like what number of hair thinning attachment like a number 2 for me. Number 2 on sides and finger length on top.

Worst hair cut I've ever had. The blend on the sides was choppy and uneven. The top length was inconsistent and she cut my bangs straight across. It looked like I got a bowl cut. This lady was on the right side in one of the middle chairs. I had received a decent hair cut previously from the guy with dreads. But I will not be returning to this location.

The cut a female made had been horrific. She didn’t listen to more than what seemed to be a quarter of the request, and when I asked her to redo it, she completely snobbed me over while she did it. A child even asked if he had to go with that stylist. I’m offended that she has a job there, and will not going to GreatClips again after that experience.

Got my son’s haircut.Employees were pretty friendly.Did not do a good job at cutting hair but made my son very comfortable.So thank you for that.But noticed the hair dresser had shaky hands.Had to keep a constant eye on her.Training them would be a start.I support local businesses, so I guess the company owes that much to the community.Prices are pretty affordable.They take great COVID precautions.So thanks for that too.

Not great, not bad. Overall a pretty mediocre cut. I don't normally leave poor reviews but that was fairly poor service. My hair wasn't even brushed or anything I was sat up with messy hair and rushed to the till. The cut is choppy and uneven and I had to fix a lot of it myself when i got home. Maybe I'll give them another shot with another hairdresser, but my first impression wasn't the best.

I got a haircut from Jody (the only guy who is on the floor I guess). He did an excellent job with what has been the best haircut for me in a long time. I'm giving it 4 stars because I got a haircut from a lady who was super friendly and very positive 'customer-service' wise, but I feel I did not get the haircut I had requested. Jody on the other hand seemed to read my mind. In general I like the place very much and you have found a permanent customer in me as long as I live in Barrie! Thank you.

The hairstylists left my family and kids waiting to check in, outside in the parking lot for over half an hour. No one called to advise that there was a glitch in the system and that the salon would be closing soon. The people who remained at closing time and who opened the door to my husband, laughed loudly in his face about the fact that there was a glitch and promptly closed the door in his face. No apologies, rescheduling or courtesy. I always come with my family here and I will not be doing so again!!!

Halfway through, the stylist cut my ear with the scissors. It bled through 5 or 6 tissues before she applied a bandage. After finishing a mediocre cut (at best...sides weren’t done right and I just wanted to be done so I could properly clean my bleeding ear), I expected to be told ‘sorry ‘bout that, next ones on us’, or ‘since you’re bleeding, it’s half off’ or something!! Nope, full price. Please come again.

The price is really good and the app is great for keeping down your wait times, but I went twice and both times had exceptionally poor haircuts. I even had to fix it myself when I got home. I thought maybe it was just bad luck with the one hairdresser but two times? Maybe they're better at womens hair then mens.

Had an almost identical experience to Travis. Took the trimmer almost to the top of my head in the back and half way up in on the side. One part of my hair didn't even get cut. I wear glasses so its always a surprise when I put them on but this time, it wasn't a good one.
