Went for a beard trim with a specific shape and style with pictures and 'Rocky' just did what he wanted. Not what I asked for will not return. Staff was polite and store clean.

The owner and establishment wonderful had terrible experience with a hairdresser. Spent close to $200 and went back to hopefully get satisfaction but she argued with me and walked out with the opposite of what I asked for. Ive had many gd experiences there but this woman doesn't belong in customer service industry. Sorry Rocky gl

It has been over a month and I still love it. Vince is awesome. I showed him pics of the colour I wanted and of the style and he took a quick glance and did it exactly as the pics. I had Vince color my hair from Blonde to Red and cut it as well. He did an amazing job. I showed him the color i wanted and the hair cut and he nailed it. Staff is very friendly, salon is very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I was a little hesitant at first because I thought my stylist didn't want to do the style I was asking for (partial side shave). Normally I would have said "ok nevermind lets not do it" but I didn't and so we went ahead. By the time she was trimming my hair though, she was super friendly, talkative and sweet. She also did an amazing job and made sure I was comfortable with the lengths, etc. She didn't make me feel rushed or uncomfortable and I am super happy with the way it turned out! Usually I am not happy with my outcomes, but here I was!

This is my GO TO Salon, and has been for 3 yrs now. I have a short 90 degree bob haircut that I have had trimmed at other salons based on location and / or convenience and unfortunately these salons to do not come close to Glow Hair & Beauty Supply's standards or expertise provided each and everytime. The staff is especially welcoming, educated, they have great personalities, and patient especially when it comes to toddler haircuts. This salon is much like one big happy family, nothing but greeting faces and great conversation, if you're up for it.

This salon saved my hair! I had my hair coloured and cut at another place before and they totally ruined my hair. The staff at Glow was so knowledgable and knew exactly how to fix my hair. It was my first time there and I was so impressed. I had a GREAT experience! I truly recommend this place.

Very clean and bright but think they cater more to young people with lovely hair still i had old colour with grey showing and wanted a semi colour put on for my 75 th birthday he never asked what colour i wanted anyhow i got a colour that i dont think was suitable for hair that was very fine and thin so will be washing it lots to fade it anyhow a really great place for young people but. Not for old ladies

Absolutely horrible haircut, the lady cutting my hair was awkward and when I asked to go shorter with my hair on the sides she made an excuse to get out of doing more work. Worst place I’ve ever been and I will not recommend to anyone.
