The girls here are fantastic. Due to being follically challenged, I go here for beard trims and shaping. This is a first come, first served business. You can wait for your preferred person, however appointments aren't taken or necessary. If you're not }icky on who does it you'll be in a chair within 5 minutes most days. Longest I've waited is 10 minutes. I've never had a complaint. Every visit concluded with a much-needed well trimmed man-mane. Also, they have beer and coffee. Beer makes any trip to the barber worth it!

Went in for a cut for the first time to this place and was very very disappointed with the kind of service I received, when explaining to the lady that fortunately didn't work on my hair she got frustrated and talked very rudely and called someone else, I mean her lack of knowledge, respect, motivation and professionalism could be seen all over her, after she called the second lady , saying that I don't make sense and she didn't know what I'm talking about, the second lady proceed to work on my cut, at least the second person was more respectful and could explain to her but I guess cut was a 2 out of 10, not atention to detail, cables swinging very rough around you, worse customer service, very bad hair cut, definetly not coming back to there.

WARNING! ! If you want a real hair style I strongly suggest avoiding here. I have prided myself on a nice hair style, and recently grown a beard. I was looking for a male salon. They did not do a good job. The person cutting my hair had no idea of tending styles. If you are a guy who just wants to drink a beer and get a cut this is the place for you! ! The salon is clean and relaxed. The staff are all friendly and make sure you enjoy your time at their establishment. Wait time isn't very long, the place is steadily busy, staff are friendly, prices very reasonable and they do excellent work. My son is 16, has very thick hair and a full beard, the woman who worked on him did a fantastic job, and it only took about 30 minutes.

Went in for a quick cut. Staff was friendly and very skilled. Felt like I got my moneys worth. Usually when I get a hair cut at other barbers it seems like the stylists are doing the bare minimum to get me out the door as fast as possible. Not at Foxy's though, my stylist did a thorough job and I got the best hair cut I've had in a long time.

Too many bad haircuts. Few stylists actually listen to what you say. The "walk-in only" policy they instituted wreaks of the lower-end establishments but the prices don't reflect that. So, if you find a stylist you like, you'll still have to call ahead to check their schedule and hope not too many people are ahead of you. Gave it a fair shot. Won't go back.

Save your money!!! Go somewhere else!!! Couple problems were: she seemed annoyed when I asked for what I wanted very specifically, her lines were not sharp at all (didn’t seem like she knew how to use the cutters properly) and lastly it was very uncomfortable when she clean shaved around her lines and left me with lots of razor burn and rash on the back of my neck.

Honestly the haircuts are really well done but half the time they leave cuts down the nape of my neck. It burns and hurts for days and I don't have sensitive skin this response is a joke(foxys has since deleted their response of me just having sensitive skin), I've gone to other hair salons/barbers and never had this happen. However it only seemed to be 2 hairdressers I've gotten this problem with. The others have been fine.

This is a hair studio not a barbershop, i would not recommend this to anyone. I never write reviews but felt so inclined after my experience here. I went in to get a bald fade (as I do every 2-3 weeks) the "stylist" couldn't go lower than a 1 nor any foil shaver of sort to trim... so she "trimmed" my hair, very disappointed as they had advertised some bald style fades on posters on their walls and couldn't deliver as advertised. I hate to give bad reviews but this is the most unsatisfactory haircut I've ever received.

Cool decorations. Terrible atmosphere. From the moment i sat down to the moment i left, it was an awkward experience of judgemental looks, and awkward silences. Made me feel like a nuisance for coming in. After some not so polite words from an individual asking for more information on my experience, I have extended this review in further detail. The fact of the matter is, I paid 35$ + tip for a women to make rude comments about the length and health of my hair, Brush my hair, trim it in 3 locations, And then proceeded to take an electric shaver to my beard. All the while receiving negative comments. ( One would expect a clean razor cut for 35$ not an electric trimmer. ) My experience was a bad one, i do not recommend this establishment.

Did a bang up job on my beard and immediately upon going home, was complimented by my neighbour, and I quote, "whoever is taking care of you is doing a fine job of it." Will definitely be coming back. Only downside being that they don't offer straight razor shaves, only along the back of the neckline for liability purposes. Beyond that, 5/5 service. 2nd time here .. first experience was good and haircut was good . 2nd time was good as well and lady was very nice and did a good job .. my only issue this time around is that i only got a trim on the sides with a #0 and nothing on the top that literally took 5 minutes and was charged the full price of a haircut at just under $30 dollars seems a little outrageous .. could have went to First Choice and had same trim done for 10 dollars.. also wasnt offered a drink when they advertise beer here .. which is cool if you even get one i guess .. kinda really disappointed with my 2nd experience here for sure .

Been coming for just over a year to this shop. Every single time i come, i get a good cut. The girls know how to do styles and you never need to book an appointment. Sports are always on the Tv, free coffee, and you can buy a beer if you want. Everyone is so friendly, and you can tell they enjoy their job.

I only go in when Mina is available! She always does a great job. She has good attention to detail, and manages to work quickly at the same time. The only downside to the shop, is that it's walk in only, so it can be a long wait at times. The prices are fair (about the same as any reputable shop in Barrie) Dont forget to tip your barber!

NEVER TAKE TODDLERS HERE!!! First off I have to say that the lady who cut my son’s hair was excellent and did a great job on my 3 year olds haircut and was very friendly and made my son feel very comfortable. We got my son’s hair cut on June 13, 2019 at approx 5pm. After his my son’s haircut like previous cuts he was so excited for the treat he is always offered… He chose the push pop… his little brother who is 2 and has also had a few haircuts there was also looking forward to a treat as he remembered getting one last haircut and say his older brother just getting one. The lady who cut the older brother’s hair was great and let little brother choose a treat to even though he didn’t get a haircut… when I got to the car I noticed that the treat little brother chose was one that sprayed candy and was not suitable for a 2 year old… I went back in and asked the lady who cut his hair if I could exchange for a push pop as he was very upset and crying. That’s when another lady with long dark hair (possibly the manager or owner??) advised that candy is strictly for kids who get haircuts and that they don’t provide unless they get a cut… I listened and then went back to the car. My 2 year old son was so upset that his older brother got a treat and he didn’t that he was crying out of control. This was very upsetting to me so I brought him and showed her how upset he was and asked her if she could please give him a push pop like his brothers as this would stop his crying and sadness. She simply reiterated that only kids who get haircuts get a treat… I said that in my opinion that is bad business and also makes little ones very upset when they see their sibling get a treat and they can’t have one. I said that the treat is probably 25 cents and that would stop his crying… she showed no emotion and said it costs a lot more than that and I should get him a treat at the dollar store in the same plaza…. At least 10 customers witnessed all of this. I did go to the dollar store as my son was so sad and wanted a push pop like his brother… it was $1…. If you look at a business case…. I don’t know how many little ones you get that come in and don’t get a haircut but their siblings do but the $1 treat per other sibling when there is a $30 toddler haircut… if your building a business case I recommend you just stock up on treats to save little ones like my son’s tears… but after seeing your reaction I honestly believe that you don’t want little ones in there as in my opinion you may perceive that it may deter your other clientele.

Way overpriced for a not so quality hair cut. The hairstylists was nice and friendly great customer service. My two stars is solely based on the result of the hair cut and price. I would give the atmosphere and service a 5 star. Honestly you can get the same at any other hair cutting place for under $20. In response to the owner: I got charged more than $25 and I didn't get anything else other than a hair cut. When after I tipped 15% it was 35.31 which I do pay from time to time at other barber shops but I get what I pay for and have been happy. I understand you can't win them all. Sorry for being a difficult customer. I have the receipt to prove it although your price board does say it's $25
