My hair was 35" long top to bottom,haven't had a haircut in years!! I was nervous but ready to go for a change, the haircut itself was mediocre I donated my hair and the end result was meh, my appt was at 215 and I arrived on time, of course anticipating it not to be a quick cut but I was ready. not only did the hair dresser intend to close shop early but she was unable to style my new and drastic new hairdo because she had a pedicure appointment. It was disappointing. Wouldn't go here again Felt I was rushed and it wasn't the best it could have been.

????I am not happy with my experience I feel as thought I did not get what I wanted or paid for I am VARY upset this was a birthday present and now I dont like my hair even more I even got a phone call well I was getting my hair done that my husband had a seizure after the phone call I'd started crying cuz I couldn't leave and be for him and my hairdresser didn't even ask me if I was okay well I was getting blond streaks in my hair she told me she couldn't do the black my hair was supposed to be blonde , brown and black it is brown , light brown and some gray. Ps it took 5 hours I understand that box dye is hard to get out but 5 hours

I first met Sharon, owner of Connect Hair Studio while volunteering for a local charity fashion show raising money for the women and children's shelter back in, December 2018. Sharon and her team were all dedicating their time and talent behind the scenes to ensure each model was looking their absolute best before walking the runway. Since, I have done another couple charitable events where Sharon and her team donated their time and talent. This is just one of the many things Connect Hair Studio does for its community. Personally, I can't thank Sharon and her junior stylist, Rachel Bauman @racheljbeauty enough for dedicating their entire day, to not only colour but cut and style my hair which was over a metre long. This task took a grooling 8 hours to complete. All this was done out of the kindness and compassion of Sharon's heart to ensure that when I stepped onto the National stage, competing in a fitness competition that I would look my absolute best and did this FREE of charge. This was at least a value of $450 or more in product and labor. I had so many compliments on my hair over this past weekend and many even asking if this was my real hair! Thank you so much again for your love and support. This is overdue but wanted to post a review about such a positive experience we had 2 weeks ago. I had known Sharon and brought a friend (who needed physical accommodations) for her first haircut since January. Sharon's staff quickly and calmly re-arranged the furniture to accommodate her wheelchair. My friend was really unsure of what she wanted so Sharon offered several suggestions for a smart, easy to care for style. Throughout the appointment my friend was pampered ( a fete in these Covid times) and listened to. It is easy to understand why Sharon and her Staff at Connect Hair Studios have received awards and accolades from Gilda's Club and other civic organizations. Treated my self to a much over do pampering here at Connect. That is definitely what I got and more ...I just love coming into the studio as I am greeted by everyone like family. During this visit I also enjoyed a nice honey lemon tea. I called as a potential new client to see if they were able to "fix" some highlights I had done somewhere else that I wasn't happy with. My first interaction was over the phone with Sharon the owner who said she could get me in the next day with Alison but to come in first for a no charge consult so she take a look at my hair. Even from the initial conversation she was hoping to be able to help me the least expensive way possible which I thought was great. When I arrived for my consultation I was greeted warmly and offered a beverage which surprised me as I was only there for a consultation! Sharon checked out my hair and discussed a plan with Alison for the next day. I arrived the next day and from the moment I stepped foot into the salon they were nothing but friendly and accommodating. Alison got right to work and made it her mission to not let me leave until I was 100% happy, and when she was finished I couldn't have been more pleased. My hair looked incredible. From friendly conversation, to the multiple offers of beverages and just a simple "How are you doing? Everything ok?" the entire experience was awesome. Thank you so very much for what I feel is going above and beyond the norm to help a gal out!
