Seul bémol c'est qu'alors que j'ai pris rendez vous mon barber avais la main cassé et au lieu de me dirigez vers quelqu'un d'autre j'ai continué avec la personne dont j'ai pris rendez vous. C'était quand même lourd d'entendre le barber ce plaindre qu'il avais mal à chaque 2 minute et qui parlais à la caissière de ça brosse de la veille. Très ordinaire surtout comme première fois chez vous. En plus sur le site c'est marqué les prix sans mentionné les taxes. Alors ont récapitule 30$ sur le site alors j'étais:Ok c'est quand même au dessus de la moyenne mais pourquoi ne pas essayé! Lorsque c'est terminé j'ai vu la facture montant à 35$ à cause des taxes j'étais : OK c'est bien même si ça été particulièrement long à cause de l'état de mon barbier. Mais je croit qu'en étant vendeur pour ma part j'étais estomaqué de voir que la caissière me fesait de la pression pour donné un pourboire en plus. Ont est pas dans un concessionnaire automobile ont est dans un barber shop ! Ma pire expérience client à n'importe quel endroit j'ai vraiment été déçu c'est dommage puisque c'est vraiment un bel endroit!
