For me it was absolutely majestic, I don't know if the hairdresser divined that I didn't want to be there, but somehow she did and apart from asking me what I wanted to do with my hair, nothing else was said and the cut took an incredible 7 minutes. So in less than 10 minutes I was in and out looking great. 10/10 would go there again.

Absolute worst customer service. The amount of attitude they’ll give you upon first glance is beyond insulting. They treat you as though you’re bothering them by being there… Another point for improvement: carelessness. They don’t look over their overall work…just let the client leave without letting them see the final result. Would never recommend.

Very rude. The girl was on her phone and making faces, like she doesn't really want to be there. The cut was done poorly and when I asked her opinion about the length ti cut she became rude, like it's not her job. She finished really quickly and got me up to pay. Refused to do a beard trim for some reason and didn't want to give me the student price. I spoke french, but if you're anglophone don't go, they won't understand you. Overall, bad experience. Had bad experience After I posted review just got reply from owner , “it’s reciprocal” I did not want to go into details but I got reply for this review from owner. So let’s go into details, I was polite there but the attitude I got from lady who cut my hair was out of world. I wished in the middle of my hai cut if I could leave but some how held my self there because it was Saturday and other barber shops would have closed. It is fine to refuse someone hair cut if you don’t wish to do haircut or are not willing too. Bad part is to have them in shop, make them sit and then show arrogance.

If I may offer a totally unsolicited advice to the owners of this establishment: to train employees on being more customer oriented. For some reason every time I bring my 9 yr old son for a haircut, we are treated with anger and contempt. I don't feel obliged to remember all the details of the haircut, I am hoping that professionals can figure out what's best, recommend it in a polite manner, without making me feel ashamed of my ignorance. Visiting a hair salon should not be so stressful for both of us. The hair salon that used to be inside Walmart - understood that somehow, now they're closed and we almost have no other choice. Seriously, what is wrong with you people, why are you so frustrated on Saturday morning that you almost yell at your customers. So rude.

Never a long wait at this drop-in shop. Stephanie and the rest of the staff are always quick with a smile and a warm welcome. Cuts are done surprisingly fast but you feel like you've been pampered for much longer. Prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommended.

After reading some comments I know exactly which hairdresser is causing the problem. The blond girl Melina Deschamps always puffs and sighs and has no patience, just like one of the reviews said. She uses her phone a lot and wants just to get done with you. She was very rude to me too, saying how I should sit straight and not move (she said the same thing to the client before me). And yes none of them speak english. I don't think it's a big problem, but would be a plus.

So I read all comments and indeed one rotten apple can rote the entire basket.... the blond girl was so rude in her way to be, she actually spoke loud enough for everybody to hear that I had dandruff.... it is not professional at all, I felt a bit humiliated...and honestly my first time was my last time. on top of it she did not even care about talking to me as all my hairdresser do it seems that she did not want to be there... lack of professionalism is too bad your are losing a new customer living 2mn away by foot... I'd rather go elsewhere by car !

Ça fait plusieurs fois que j’amène mon petit de 4 ans, sa coiffeuse habituelle est sympathique et donne des belles coupes.
