I had an excellent experience at my appointment. Miranda was efficient, professional, and fun to talk to. She listened to what I wanted and made sure we were on the same page. She was also open to making changes if needed, but I was very happy with the cut and style! It was a big change for me and she did a wonderful job. As always, the shop looks wonderful and the product selection is great. A truly positive experience overall, and a real treat after so long without a hair cut.

We’ve been loyal to KBB for the past two years and we always leave satisfied with the services. This summer, I had my highlights done somewhere else and was unhappy with the yellow ends that I was left with. So I contacted Kelly who generously suggested a free consult with one of the color specialists. I feel it necessary to share the experience I had with this hair salon. My stylist was Miranda and I'm left speechless. We all know this pandemic has been rough on us and I most defiantly wasn't kind to my hair (box dyes to diy haircuts) I booked for a strand test. I'm not too sure what magic she has in those hands but Miranda fixed my hair. She showed me where the dead in my hair was and her advice on what to do next with it. She fixed my hair to a nice above shoulder cut and made my awkward diy bangs become manageable and able to grow out nicely. As for the colour, my multi coloured black,red,pink hair was transformed into a lovely brown / dirty blonde. Before, during and after the service Miranda went above and beyond. She answered all the questions I had and then some. Without a doubt I will continue to have Miranda as my stylist and I recommended her to everyone as she is currently my families stylist as well. She's done a wide range of cuts, fades, and colourings for my family that have all turned out stunning. She is a talented individual when it comes to the world of hair and I hope everyone gets the pleasure to have her as their stylist.

Sara was incredibly knowledgeable and honest, and very generous in her service. She made me very comfortable considering it was my first time in a salon in a year. Also, the salon experience was professional and Covid safe, and everyone was welcoming as I entered. I can’t wait to go back! Update 11/28: went back for another appointment! Everyone working at the salon is super personable and authentic. Miranda took such great care of me today, being open to questions and understanding exactly what I wanted. As far as I know the whole process is witchcraft, so I’m just in awe of how great my hair looks and feels (especially combined with a still-strong haircut from Sara)! I wish I knew more people in the city so I could tell them all about Kelly’s, because it’s the first salon outside my hometown where my socially anxious self has felt fully welcomed. My salon experience with Sara was fantastic. I’ve rarely had such an easy time explaining what type of cut I envisioned - Sara “got” me right away. She even picked up on a comment I made about having a bit of a flat crown and took extra time to add layers there for fullness. I felt like a Queen as she gently diffused my hair with the blow-dryer, bring out the curls and taking care not to over-dry. I feel like I’ve finally found my stylist!
