Great service, great haircuts, and no appointment necessary. I used to always go to a high profile Barbour Shop downtown, but tired of having to book weeks in advance, and being SOL if I had to cancel. Mr. Austin's solves that issue.

Hair cut from here is pretty good. The issue is trying to get in through the door. While they advertise that they are open until 5, they often close up shop a lot earlier than that. I have gone 3 times in the last month around 3:30-4:00pm only to find the doors locked and the lights off. I even called ahead - unacceptable.

Had been coming here for years because the girls are truly wonderful people to be around. However I've not been able to get in through the door to get a cut... You need more staff to keep up with your increasing popularity. I haven't gotten a cut here in months because of the long waits this past year or more.

Holly did the most amazing and outstanding cut for me. I take pride in my style and Holly took great care and ensured me I would be happy with the result. After her quick consultation of my preferences, she started to cut and was so delicate but worked with such purpose and professionalism I was completely satisfied! Holly certainly knows her way around a pair of scissors! Thank you so much Holly...you have made Mr Austin's my favorite place for a slick trim!

Never again !!Took my 13 yr son there last Friday . For some reason unknow to us at the time . The next person inline refused to have his hair cut by the only man working in the shop .Who I feel needs to retire and stay retired. My son went in and got in his chair, feeling confident .He was only looking for your comon shaved around the sides and layered on top. Explaining to him What he wanted . And calling me over twice Explaining to him what he wanted . But he cut his hair how he thought it should be . Unable to see through the other employes and customers I was MORTIFIED when he came out and it was all he could do to hold back tears .Terrible experience for a thirteen yr old . Went back after realizing he left his phone . And the only thing he could say well "we could of done that" when I explained for the 3rd time what it was he wanted .And didn't even offer a discount / refund or for someone to fix it ! Totally unacceptable!!! Left there with a heart broken young man . Please do your customers a favor . RETIRE !!
