Neat place. Booked an appointment for a beard trim over the phone and confirmed they took payment by card, only to walk there and they didn't do beard trims cause of covid. That's one service they didn't do and could have saved me the trouble walking there when I called to book a beard trim.

Asked for 1 inch on side and 3 inches on top got 1 inch on side 1 inch on top. Went back for refund to shave it off and asked for a 1 clipper on the sides at that cut but the hair cuter used the clipper on the right side but left the left side untouched, don't go unless you have something simple please.

I always go here for my color and cut. I often leave it up to my hairdresser Kelly to choose the color and cut for me as she just gets it and knows what will look good. The other ladies that work there are always very polite and friendly as well.

I don't generally fuss over getting a haircut, so look at other reviews for a styling critique. That said though the prices are decent and the staff are friendly. I got in, cut, and out in about 20 mins with no appointment.

Had a 4 o'clock appt booked, arrived and was told it was 4:15 even though all confirmations were for 4, at 4:22 watched as our appt was given to someone else and was told I was going to have to wait even longer - outside of course. Would have put 0 stars if I could as obviously no service was given.

By far the best experience I've had at any salon so far, the stylist actually gave me exactly what I wanted, and she even fixed my uneven haircut I received from a different salon, free of charge! I'd definitely recommend this location to a freind.

Very disappointed today. Darya was fantastic a few months ago with my cut and tone and very patient as I had my little baby on my lap. Today returned for same service half way through my service (after my cut) Linda (manager ? Not sure) appeared from back to inform stylist a tone is now the price of a colour 54.99 plus cut in top of that. I questioned why previously I was charged 20 for a tone the response was ‘then you were under charged’ and she again disappeared to her safe place in back without another word to myself or stylist. I cut my service short left with my wet fresh cut hair. The stylist apologized profusely and couldn’t understand why the price sheet in front of her said tone : $15 but she would ask for future reference. Shame on you Linda for your terrible customer service, especially after the stylist came to the back before she started my cut to confirm there was enough to complete my service before up coming appointments. I am in the beauty business and will be sure to pass this experience on to my own clients and coworkers.

I would recommend getting your hair done by the stylist Devan. I've had to find a new hair stylist and a friend recommended Devan and I'm glad they did. Price is affordable and reasonable. Depending what time of the day it is, there is a possibility of it being busy. Overall, very happy with this establishment.

The sense of community is great at every location I have been to. I have been to several locations across the country and the hospitality is never below spectacular. Depending on the representative, the trim has either been between decent and perfect but as a person who isn't too particular on a new cut, they did the job well for fairly cheap.

Like with any discount hair cutters place, it's hit or miss depending on who you get. Today my kids got a stylist that was friendly and knew what she was doing. Previously, we've had stylists that didn't listen to what we wanted. So like I said, hit or miss.

HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!! i have never seen such disrespect in my entire life. Tatiana was the lady who had cut my hair and i have never been disrespected like that. i came in and told her what i wanted and she completely agreed to it and did not tell me i would be getting charged for two different hairs cuts, i wanted my hair cut to my shoulders and to be thinned out and layered when i got in the chair she cut my hair under my shoulders and it was horrible and straight! it was way to thick. i asked if she can continue and thin it out and layer it and then she told me shes gonna have to charge me for two different haircuts? at this point i was completely confused she said to me that i didn't know what i wanted to do with my hair and that she has to charge me because i "changed my mind last minute". i was in aw, i was not going to pay for another haircut when i know that i had told her what i wanted. the hairdresser in the section next to us then said " it's our policy" in the most disgusted way possible, i have really never seen this amount of attitude in the years of my life. They both began to yell at me in front of their other customers and completely embarrassed me, almost into tears. if ANYBODY WANTS TO BE RESPECTED AND GET AT LEAST A DECENT HAIR CUT DO NOT GO HERE!! DISRESPECTFUL! i will make sure everyone i know is aware of this and never goes here EVER AGAIN!
