Walked in, didn't realize they were just about to close, and before I could even ask if they would cut my hair, a woman was waiving me in towards a seat. She had to go, but the owner stayed to cut my hair. I couldn't believe it. Even after closing time, I noticed how closely he was looking into my hair cut, to make sure everything was perfect. All I did was show him a picture of what I like, and he made it look better. Now I use a picture of the hair cut he gave me as my new standard. Awesome hair cut to perfection, at a decent price. Thank you, you guys are the best!

Can't really rate it, since I can't try it. Their website has a gorgeous picture of barber chairs lined up - the actual place is a tiny hole in a strip mall with 2 chairs. Walked in the door - both barbers were busy with clients, and there were 6 guys waiting for haircuts already - so I just turned and walked out. Obviously understaffed. Maybe some people have all the time in the world (must be nice) - when I have two young kids & have to get my mother-in-law to watch them just to have a few minutes to myself, I don't have over an hour to sit & wait somewhere. Shame, since this place has good reviews - but I won't be trying to come back anytime soon.

SHAVED HALF THE TOP OF MY HEAD! Visited this barbers thinking that it will be a pleasant experience, instead walked out of the shop with nothing I wanted! I wanted to keep my hair longer at the top as specified and equal on both sides however, I received a haircut that he wanted to give me not one I wanted. Telling me that he could cut my hair in 10 minutes! A great barber always takes his time in cutting hair however this guy wanted to get me in and straight out of the chair in ten minutes! I'm disgusted! He's shaved half the top of my head off saying the previous barber wasn't good. He gave me a comb over even though I didn't want that. Nothing even close to a skin fade, it all looked the same on both sides. I wouldn't recommend this guy to anyone else. Cost me $25 for nothing! I could've done a better job my self at home!

More like Mario's butcher shop. I've made the mistake of going here twice and had bad cuts from two different butchers. One insisted on doing a fade and it was awful and really uneven, while the other cut way more length then I asked and went way too high and tight on the sides. Despite specific instructions they do whatever they can to make sure you look ridiculous and make you question if you should just shave your head.

Little disappointed with my hair after few week had haircut. Found hide hair behind ears. It was long hair few of them. I was not noticing as I wear my glasses until last night saw on mirror saw few long hairs over my ears. Since staffs doing good in past but missed my ear line area twice in my last 2 visit. Repeated same staff who cut my hair twice in 2 row. I went Mario's in past had no problems until last of my 2 visits are same one not good job on my ear line of hair missed.

I have been coming here for 6 years now and have always had a positive experience, and finally had to leave a review. Rob, Tonya and Frank have always been detail oriented, very friendly and always seem to remember you. Since this is not a shop that takes appointments (unless for COVID procedures), you may not always get the barber you are waiting for, but they work together to ensure you get what you came in for. I have been trying different types of cuts lately and have always felt comfortable giving them direction and the feedback is usually accompanied with an explanation to what they are doing, how to style and personal insight to my hair type. If you are looking for a new barber, I would strongly recommend Mario's Original.

First haircut I got here was awesome! Second one was terrible, hairdresser didn't understand the cut, which was very basic. As well as not understanding the haircut, they never asked for direction and I literally had to try and walk them through it. Even with that, they failed to follow basic instructions, such as asking to have the part buzzed in... I would return, but only if my hair is not even touched by that woman.

Just came home from a cut here at Mario's Original Barbershop. Amazing experience! Robyn paid very close attention to the details as she gave me a transformation into a new man! Robyn gave her utmost effort to give me the cut and style I asked for and it was such a pleasure. Every snip made with her scissors was a snip towards perfection. I felt like a king throughout the process. Then Robyn asked Frank to check the fade she did on my hair and touched it up a bit more to make it more perfect. This may sound a little vain but I look 10x hotter after the cut, no joke. I am incredibly satisfied and will be coming back in the near future! :)

My husband and son both get their hair done here. By appointment now, the long wait experienced in pre-pandemic times is a thing of the past. Everyone working there has such skill and personality, and it's not "just a trim" it's a whole look. The guys come out of those chairs polished, styled and shaved to perfection. You are treated like family and kept entertained by the lively banter. The fade game is fierce here! I loved watching the many gorgeous heads of finely styled hair leaving their doors while waiting for my son. I don't let my guys go anywhere else now. Call them. You will not be disappointed.

One of worst service ever, Please don't ever go there for hair cut ,debit terminal machine not working.Both the staff had a agruments coz the other who was doing my haircut came late for his shift, he started scraping my neck coz he is upset with other guy i think he must be working in construction job, he has no idea what he is doing, The guys hands was shivering while using the trimmer. I had so many cuts in my throat and behind while shaping the haircut. Worst decision I have ever made to go to this Salon.

Recommendation to the owner. Close at 3pm on Saturday as you can still allow customers to walk in and your staff can leave at 4. I walked in at 3:18pm and Tanya greets me with "we're closed at 4pm". I wouldnt want her at my business. She even asked me if I was Lebanese, yah I got olive skin but really, lol. No customer service. I even called her out on it and she argued. Wow my first time here and I won't be coming back, even though Robyn did a decent job on my hair. Thanks Robyn.

This is normally my go to shop all of the barbers who work here are awesome! That is until today when I got a brand new barber who must have just started. Literally received one of the worst haircuts I have had in a long time. Terrible fade and barely even touched the top like I had asked. And to top it off he cut me multiple times with the straight razor during cleanup portion at the end.Luckily my girlfriend managed to help me salvage it at home. This is still an awesome place to go but just make sure you request the barbers who know what they are doing. :)

The female barber did not do what I asked for..at all. I wanted the top a bit longer, and a 60's style comb over. I also have a bit of a thinning spot on the crown, and I keep the bangs longer to provide coverage. I walked out with a bit more than a buzz cut. Very disappointed, took a month to grow it back. She was busy talking to me about her night life instead of paying attention to the cut I asked for.

The cut itself by "Frank" was not bad, but I literally had to go back and explain to them my sideburns were left completely uneven, one of them a full half an inch longer than the other. Also, he did a "line up" on one side and not on the other side so they had to fix that too. Disappointed with the quality of my cut and that I had to go back.
