For those of you familiar with Lynnwood Barber shop, it has new ownership, a guy named Kelly. I first went to see Kelly in September and was very pleased with the results, so he will be my barber from now on. I went there 2 times since and I have always had a great cut, and he is efficient, fast and good. He does in 10 minutes what it takes some barbers 25 minutes. He is also a personable guy that you can talk with. I have been going to Lynnwood barber shop since I was a little boy, and have seen many owners come and go, hopefully Kelly will be there a long time. It is important to support small family owned businesses at a time like this so please give Kelly a visit.

This place is great! There’s never a long line and it’s fairly cheap, on top of that, the barber knows what he’s doing. Kelly is great! I used to come here when it was run/owned by a little old Korean lady named Sun, but it’s close by so i figured I’d give Kelly a chance and he didn’t disappoint! I tried cutting my own hair over Covid and after realizing what I’d had done, I had to go get professional help. After some mild banter, we both laughed about it and he got me sorted out- I couldn’t even that I had given myself a hack job previously he did so well. 11/10, will absolutely be back as soon as my hair grows back and will/am recommending you to all my friends. :)

Sometimes okay, sometimes not. At Lynnwood Men’s Barbershop, I can always count on Kelly to give me a great haircut. Kelly takes the time to analyze how the hair on my head grows, the size of my head, the cowlicks, etc., and always gives me the best haircut suited for “me”. That’s what I like about him. Kelly offered me suggestions about my hair then cut it perfectly. That’s all I need from a professional. He is attentive - he consults with you as he works, to make sure he sounds out your wishes and concerns about your hair. But Kelly is also a gentleman. From the time you enter his shop to the time you leave he makes you feel comfortable. And he is thoughtful. Today he saw a young man sitting on the sidewalk visibly affected by the heat and gifted him a cold soda. It appears the young man was affected by more than just the heat. His speech was erratic and he jumped from topic to topic. The young man came in just to avoid the heat and Kelly let him stay until his bus arrived. He is the new operator of the Lynwood Barber Shop, but it’s as if he’s been in the neighbourhood all his life.
