I never post reviews. This is actually my first one after being a yelp/google review freeloader for so long. But if there was any institution, food or otherwise that I felt compelled to write a review for its these guys. I’ve gotten hair cuts in over 30 countries. I’ve had fancy ones, quick ones and everything in between. I also pretty much get some sort of fade every time. This, by FAR was 11/10. Trust me, I’m a doctor (not really but still trust me because my standards are super high). ANYWAY let me start with the people. The guys who run this place are exceptional human beings. So kind and both times I’ve been here (with 2 separate people) I asked them how they’re able to provide this level of service and charge way less than virtually everyone else? Their response was “we’re not focused on money, do excellent service and hope that money will come”. And you can see that by f*cking a pure 5 star rating which I’ve never seen in my life, let alone a barber shop. NOW THE CUT. Best I’ve ever had, but that’s not the point. These guys gave me a head massage, wax in my nose, a face mask, another face mask! So meticulous about everything. My cut could’ve been done in 20 min to perfection but he kept going. And I don’t mind since I had the time and I love this stuff. Whether you want an experience or just an amazing cut, these guys got your back. Just do it, you won’t regret it. Gawd damn, I wanna write more but I feel like I’m beating a dead horse. ???? Headlines for being awesome people and doing awesome work.

Search no more! This is my final stop for an awesome haircut. These guys are professionals with clean cuts and care about your looks. They took time and made sure my hair is perfected before I walkout the door. Since my longtime hairstylist sold his salon, I was searching high and low for a good cut. I tried different salons around town and sometimes paid premium for the experiences. But I was still not satisfied. Until I googled and found Headlines Salon with 5 stars reviews. So I walk-in one day and give it a try. For $25 they gave me the best cut ever with a wash and styled. I walkout so satisfied with a sense of accomplishment. Wow! Amazing barber services! My stylist Abdou is a craftsman but also a master at customer service. I was third in line so I watched Abdou at work with 2 customers before my own cut and style. Hot towel service, face massage, black mask treatment( for tiny hairs and black head removal), straight razor shave and even nose waxing for those that are so inclined was standard service! Customers I spoke with drove from all around Calgary to visit his salon and all praised the service he provides. I too am now a voice providing praise for his services!
