This branch should hire a different bank manager. ASAP. Customer confidentiality is at ZERO. The wait is over 30/45 minutes to open an account. We were asked private information practically a foot away from other customers like our name ,socials and address. Identity theft is a huge issue in this country. The bank tellers are always super friendly though. I will def be making a complaint with corporate.

Tellers are nice but this location is always understaffed. You can spend 30 min - 45 min inside or through the Drive Thru. It seems bad reviews are not motivation enough for them to try and improve. Takes a huge chunk out of my day to go here.

I just killed an hour and half waiting for someone help me do a wire transfer.... Not acceptable, bank transactions should smooth and quick not waste all this time. This bank is always understaffed and everything takes much more time then it should. One teller on the window is the usual and the most you will ever see is 2 and for customer service they usually have two people assistant customers. That’s not enough staff BOA

Me and my family who all have had BOA accounts all have issues them. 1.) They will not let you move from your savings to checking more than 3 times a month otherwise you get charged 25 dollars per move. 2.) They refused to approve me and my family for credit cards when we had a 700+ credit score at the time. 3.) My father got a random 500 dollar charge and they told him they didn’t know what It was but still expected him to pay it and refused to believe it was a fraudulent charge. 4.) I have had my debit card stolen 5 times but never my other debit cards using the same websites, I think an employee is doing it. 5.) They’re daily limit is lower than most banks and MSU Federal Bank doesn’t have a monthly limit and does a 10K daily limit more. 6.) They charge you overdraft fees after 24 hours and MSU does it after a week. 7.) The customer service had been rude to me on multiple occasions. 8.) They take too long to answer the phone. They wonder why BOA places are closing because nobody wants to deal with them. 9.) My brother had 5K stolen from his checking account and they tried telling him he made the purchase even tho he never has shopped at Nike and said he used the app so he therefore made it. The app doesn’t show you your balance right away, and he opened it to pay me back using zelle. 10.) They don’t verify checks first and if you deposit it and it is fraud or fake they will charge you 30 bucks. Like how is it my fault? I sell things online so of course they’re gonna be crooks. All around, avoid avoid avoid. There are better banks who do less fees. They also do a 5% interest rate with loans when most credit unions do 2%-3% and do it over a longer period of time for payments which is easier on students. MSU has a double verification system on the app while BOA doesn’t which has caused me to have people try to hack my account.

I love coming in to this Bank of America location. Everyone is always cheerful and nice. I always leave with a happy smile because the associates help me with whichever question I have asked and guide me through it. Any problems I have in my account they help solve it.

Horrible ATM service 8 out of 10 times there is a problem with their atm, either its broken, out of money, or wont accept cash deposit. Today was the final straw i will be closing my account UNACCEPTABLE!

Today I had an appointment starting a credit card. I arrived 5 minutes earlier and got in right when they opened. I had Miss. Manal help me she explained everything I needed and recommended and gave me advice on how to manage my account. It didn’t take to long but I left with no questions. Very welcoming staff and great service.

Do you have an hour to kill? Do you love understaffed establishments? Do you love waiting in line? Is Wal-Mart your go to place? Then this Bank of America is the place to be! They're all nice and quick. But you can be the fastest teller in the world and one/two people is not enough especially near rush hour. I hate coming here But Their service is awesome and their workers are very kind, knowledgable, and helpful so they get a 3 star instead of 1. Workers get a 5. Management gets a 1 for not enough people. If they had more tellers, it would be a 5.

You walk in and they say hello right away. The bank manger is actually a great guy. The get pretty busy but every bank does. The bank tellers are always in a great mood and always smiling. They have a wait sometimes but that’s because rush hour or lunch break so people want to cash their checks at the same time. Overall this is a great branch for Bank of America!

I've been banking with bank of America since 2012, last week I deposit 500$ online, they ended taken it out for bad quality image, not a problem right... I went to this location and explain what is going on and a lady keep trying to tell me that it went through!? Like how ?!?!? I've showed her my statement showing clearly that it was +500 and right after that -500$ ! And she still keep saying that it was there... after I called bank of America from bank of America "which sounds dumb" but that's what they told me to do... I finally got it back... smh they just wanna do less work they don't care about your money.

Always a long queue, they have around 5 counters but often only 1 or 2 is operational. The customer engagement team is always free :) coming around and asking if they can help when people are in long queue. Locker facility is full and there is no plans to increase even if the demand is more. Comerica and Chase in Dearborn are much better.

I waited half an hour outside in this hot weather to see an associate and then about fifteen minutes inside and then those unprofessional Arab in charge of this bank told me his hours are done for the day. I have my business account with them since 2011 and everyday I discover their bad services. I need to wire to my fuel card which is very urgent and I was very clear about my request but those Arab girls and men are not taking their job serious.I don’t recommend this bank and I will be closing my account and move to a different bank.

The wait is too long. It doesn't matter if it's inside the bank or at the drive through, they still keep you waiting either way. I own a business, and I need to deposit checks almost every day. I'm wasting almost one hour from my time every day just to deposit a check. Not convenient !

Worst location. I been trying to reach them for a week (August 6th Friday) till today also (August 12 Thursday). They falsely keep changing their hours of operation. It says they're open on Wednesday, how? I went there 3 times Wednesday August 11th and they're closed and than they would change saying it'll be open the next day and same thing keeps happening ( falsely changing hours of operation)
