Just tried calling at two different times today and did not get in contact with anyone and could not leave a message. Very unimpressed. At least answer and put me on hold. Just wanted to know if they have a public notary.

8/10/16 Went on my break to withdraw cash since I had to wait for a new debit card via mail, there was people in line but I was at the teller in 5 minutes or less. He advised me that he could print a temporary debit card with my name on it until my card arrived!! I was very happy about this and, how quick, efficient and painless this was. Great job!

Worst Chase Bank on the West side of Phoenix, terrible customer service. I hate going to this location, get a clue Chase Bank, you need to pick it up, worst employees and management. This branch has to be the laughing stock of all Chase locations.

Terrible customer service. Walked in at 11:58am, was told the Manager (who was in) couldn’t see me til 1pm, since she’d rather eat her lunch than help a keep a customer from closing his accounts. Don’t go here.

I say just get rid of this whole bank! Every week it’s down. Today all ATMs were down, as every week. This is very inconvenient and unfair.

(Translated) It is a very good bank, they do not have enough staff and it is always a long wait, you cannot change checks greater than $ 2500 and they have many silly charges, they charge you for anything and when you are going to claim they do not know how to explain. Alegence of this bank if they really want to save or use basic transfers. (Original) Es un banco bien gacho no tienen suficiente personal y siempre es una larga espera, no puedes cambiar cheques mayores de $2500 y tienen muchos cargos tontos, te cobran por cualquier cosa y cuando vas a reclamar no saben explicar. Alegence de este banco si en realidad quieren ahorrar o usar básicas transferencias.

They said if I deposited with their new kiosk system it would be available immediately. They put a hold on it 5 minutes after telling me that. :(

Super friendly customer service agents. If you get your wallet stolen and have no ID, you can come here and they will take the time to confirm your identity and give you up to $100 cash. Highly professional and amazingly fast. Yesenia was the banking Clerk that helped me.

The ATM ran out of money but took the money from my EBT card. the manager ms.flores was rude saying they can not do anything to help that it wasn't her problem. Then she was pointing and laughing at me with another woman who works with her while I was trying to call the corporate office to help me remedy the situation. The manager is rude and unprofessional I think she should be fired for behaving the way she did. I'm sure chase bank doesn't want unprofessional people like her working for them.

This used to be the best Chase location. They have closed up almost all the cashier windows and installed glorified atm machines inside. No thank you, I pay to talk talk real people, if I need an atm I can allways use the one outside thank you.

This location only has 2 teller windows and half the time there is no one in there. They really push for you to use the atms that have replaced the previous windows. Evertime I go in there is usually a long line or long wait time to get assistance by the customer service representatives. To get anything Notarized by them is a hassle because they only have one person trained. This use to be a good location but now it seems like they don't care about customer service. I recommend you just stop at the main chase location on central avenue. They always help and have people available.

There was a long line just to use the automated self serve machine. every person ahead of me needed the help of the chase attendant which defeats the purpose of self serve. Once it was down to three people ahead of me I was able to see each persons account info. There is no privacy or security regarding your account info. Speaking directly with a bank teller is by far still the most secure way to bank at a location. The sad truth is that this location along with other similar self serve locations is probably contributing to countless fraud. Beware of the ATM outside because it smells like urine and feces because of the homeless. Good luck.

To open the account they take 20days time, This the one of worst branch employees are irresponsible when ever i go to branch they ask some new document. It happened few weeks ago i not remember his name but he look like he is tall, fair guy. Guy be careful don't go to him, manager is responsible for their employees work. Manager should guide them.

There is only ONE window open for customers and One for business. They closed all windows and replaced them with a couple of machines. The first time I tried to deposit cash, it gave me an error. I lost my money and now i'm going through a lot of trouble, claim, and paperwork to get it back. I'm going to stop using this location. not worth the wait, headache, and hassle.

THE MANAGER IS RUDE! They had a teller machine, (not an ATM), that apparently hadn't been working properly all day, a bank rep told me. I used it to deposit my paycheck, a CHASE bank check, and it took my check without giving me any credit to my account, or a receipt. I went to the manager, ISMAEL, who was very rude, and didn't seem to want to help. I was upset because I needed money to pay my babysitter. He told me to have a seat, and he would file a claim to get me some of my money. After all the customers left the bank, he told me I couldn't get any of my money, and accused me of calling him a liar when I said he told me he would file a claim. He has ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE abilities. He told me "this conversation is OVER," and asked me to leave the bank! The question is, if the machine hadn't been working properly all day, WHY DIDN'T THEY CLOSE IT DOWN OR POST A SIGN TO WARN CUSTOMERS???? Ismael has a history of being unhelpful and rude.
