(Translated) Visit to exchange Canadian dollars into Japanese yen. Since the rate was better by 0.00001 than the exchange office next to the Empress Hotel, we asked for a currency exchange here. I visited the office with anxiety because the building was old and there was no sign of people, but there was a very clean and quiet guard dog in the office and I was not ripened. Lol I went down to the basement from the outside street, but I didn't get lost because the arrow signs were everywhere. You can check the rate on the homepage, but please note that it is actually different. By the way, all the Japanese yen passed were pin bills. (Original) カナダドルを日本円に両替するために訪問。エンプレスホテルの横にある両替所よりも0.00001だけレートが良かったのでこちらで両替をお願いしました。建物が古く、人の気配もなかったので不安な気持ちでオフィスを訪れましたが、オフィス内はとても綺麗でおとなしい番犬もいるし、ぼったくられることはなかったです。笑　外の通りから地下に降りるのですが、矢印の看板が至るところにあるので迷わなかったです。ホームページ上でレートを確認できますが実際は違ったので注意してください。ちなみに渡された日本円は全部ピン札でした。

I used to go to the Custom House downtown for all my money exchanges but I arrived one day to find it closed. I went to my bank and they suggested three places. This place was by far the best. I needed pesos and they delivered. Fast and pleasant service. And best of all, no fee for small amount exchanged. Now that was an unexpected bonus!
