Good variety of products, everything is very easy to find and an employee is never too far away. I am deducting a star though because I frequently find myself in the back of a very long line because of a lack of cashiers. Also the fact that the aisles are narrow and employees are expected to stock shelves throughout their shift it makes it quite hard to move around.

Dollorama my childhood fantasy store. Turned into an adult convienient store. It's so cheap here for many things , even little decoration , craft ect. I love getting cleaning supplies here as if cost about half the price here then at Walmart. If you can get it cheaper elsewhere why not? !!!WARNING!!! Just be cautious about hand sanitizer any kids skin product do not do it.... Best to buy the more expensive brand... At a different store. I think the adult soaps and hand soaps are good considering I use it and have sensitive skin. Just be very careful sunscreen dosent belong in a dollar store.

I bought gift cards. The cashier activated them. Turns out when I went to use them, they were empty. Dollerama refused to refund my money even though I had receipts proving everything. It is disgusting to think of how many other this company does this too. They need to hire employees and actually train them properly. The lady told me to come back another day when the Manger was in. I explained I was not local to this store and can not return. She said oh well that's your loss, she's not here today. What kinda of customer service is that??

Products are from a dollarstore obviously so not top notch quality, but that's to be expected. No signage as to where anything is and high staff turnover means there's always someone new when I go who still doesn't know where everything is so you just have to wander until you find something. Parking is hard to get in and out of, and is a small area. The bus stop is in a strange place and during a busy time can be hard to cross to get to.
