I live in Ontario requested some things no issues, but for some reason will not return my calls or send me anything I have requested in months, and instead now stuck in between a rock and a hard place because I need them to contact me in order to get what I need, my business is on hault because of it so pretty upsetting

I have sent two applications for GST refund. The tax agency has never contacted me, but the agency signed for the last application on 11/6/2020. I have not found a phone number to call them. I am frustrated and disappointed with the PE Tax Centre.

They need to send Fax or paper mail. The need to allow emails now. And fax number doesnt work.

It was not a good experience all I wanted to do was speak to a human being for maybe three to four minutes and I could not get through in the waiting time I was told was an hour and 42 minutes that's ridiculous have a good day

Unbelievable that the only way you can inquire about money sent to the CRA-pope rd PEI is through. Fax! I faxed them twice and still have the same issue. They have 8k of my money on hold over a year because they don’t know what to do with it. I faxed twice explaining with no results. How about providing us tax payers with an email to contact someone??!

Absolutely ridiculous. How can Canada and it's government website be this bad. It's not user-friendly and finding specific information and forms is next to impossible or unavailable. Been trying to find a simple visitor tax refund form (GST176/RC4031) for non-residents/visitors to your country with absolutely no return results. All the forms I've found are from 3rd-party sources online. With that much taxes your own citizens pay to keep your government running, you'd expect to have them spend it on structuring a better website to showcase the level of development your country should be in...it just looks so sloppy and under-developed.
