Why on earth did TD close 75% of their branches and shorten their hours for the locations that stayed open? I can go to the Dollar Store but I can't go to TD bank?? This makes zero sense.

Have always had good luck Keith's bank. If you do not want to have them call you ask to go on the do not call list. I did and they never call. I have accounts with several banks and they respect the list except Scotia Bank. I just can not seem to get on the for not call list there.

DONOT GET MORTGAGE FROM TD. THEIR MORTGAGE PRIME IS HIGHER THAN ANY OTHER BANKS!! When every other bank prime was 2.7%, their prime was 2.85% (as of Jan 2017) When Other bank prime was 2.95%, TD Mortgage prime was 3.10%. (as of Jul 2017) They are essentially screwing ALL variable mortgage customers, and possibly all other customers that have bought fixed mortgages under Interest Rate Differential payout penalty. Stay far way from TD. Go to any mortgage broker for a better deal than this place.

Been working with this bank since 2008, never had any problems with them. Only issue I have is that I wish the bank wasn't so stingy with the tellers when there's a huge line up. I get the company has a budget but really? Sometimes you can pull people from the welcome desk to speed up the line up process.

They don’t deserve any star, if there was a negative rating I will give that. So, cold behaviour non-cooperative. I had an appointment at 2:00 pm with my son today, he got an emergency meeting. I showed up there on time, kept waiting, one person came after 10 minutes. I took half day off of my work for this appointment but I was done in five minutes, she did not have answer to any of my questions, not ready to open a new bank account. What I asked, she has only one answer “no sir” Me and my son are existing clients of TD with numerous accounts of different products. I could not imagine, I had to see this day today.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced at any bank, ever! Visited the TD bank downtown saskatoon to complete a very basic transaction. A transaction that every single other financial institution provides. I wanted to cash a check that was issued by their bank. I was told they don't cash checks. This is the oldest form of banking, but you don't do it?! They offered to certify the check, but refused to cash it. Even after it was certified. Unbelievable. The manager was unimaginably rude. She basically laughed in my face and provided zero explanation for why they would not cash their own check. Then she just turned around and walked away from me as I was midsentence. I am completely stunned. Why would you send your existing or potential customers to Money Mart or another bank rather than helping them with something so incredibly basic?! TD bank will NEVER have my business. Especially this location.

I love TD banking , I’ve been here for years and they never disappoint! I’m here to let anyone know that MARY does a great and job , very professional and kind! Pretty comfortable to consult anything with. I enjoy all staff that work here on 2nd Ave , a very friendly place to do any kind of business, I highly recommend TD banking!

Horrible service. Went for an appointment to set up a chequeing and a saving account, and to speak about my options with debt and building my credit. My appointment was horrible. The man didn't want too set up a saving account for me, and had no interest speaking to me about my options. My chequeing account he did set up, he did wrong. He linked it to an old account and my card wouldn't work so they had to hook me up another card the same day when i left my appointment to deposit a work cheque. Finally they figure that out. They hold my cheque for over a week and I had an appointment immediately after I needed money for. Then once my money was withheld i went to use my card for breakfast on my way to work and my pin and my tap didn't work. What could the issue be now? that day after work I went in AGAIN !!!! I was told my debit visa was hooked up as a cash card.... but my account is an unlimited transaction account!!!! So why would i pay for unlimited transactions when I cant actually make any??? Im livid at this point. Ive spoken to the branch manager of this specific branch that I visited the first 2 times and they are trying to rectify the situation. thats the only thing i appreciated at this branch. I will be switching branches to a different location where they helped me the last time I went and I havent had issues with since.

Worst bank to deal with. Period. Two separate issues. 1. A while back I booked an appointment to discuss options for building credit rating and investment options. When I arrived at the appointment, the adviser was not at all helpful. He simply didn't take me seriously and laughed when I asked what options I had through TD. I assumed I just had a bad experience because of the person and simply decided to not start investing through TD. I kept my account there for daily use. 2. Today I had my wallet stolen. I needed to get my license reprinted from SGI and that costs money. I needed my debit card before I could get my license. I had to do this once more in the past, I had to answer the mandatory security questions and produced my SIN# that was on my account. I was able to get my debit card and carry on with my life. Today, I asked for this to be done and the individual at the counter laughed at me and said no. He spoke very little english. I asked to speak to the manager to try and get on with my day. He laughed at me again and rolled his eyes which irritated me A LOT. I repeated my request to speak to the manager and was asked to sit down and wait until their meeting was done. I agreed and sat down. When the manager finally came out, she said there is absolutely no way this could happen. It has happened before and I feel they just didn't want to do it for whatever reason. Unbelievable. I will be moving my accounts and will never return strictly based on the rudeness of the employees and management. Will take our future mortgage, investments and dealings elsewhere. It's been a slice TD. 2019 Mar.14 Update Since I have left TD Bank, I now have a mortgage, among other financial commitments with Affinity Credit Union. You lost business from me, and anyone else I can convince to stay away from you. Unhelpful and disrespectful people don't deserve business.

Steer clear of this branch. They will not call you back. They will not email back. They do not care about the needs of their clients. It’s a quick buck and then zero after sales service. If you have mortgage needs- you can get great rates and deals with TD - but do it at a different branch.

Terrible! We’re a small building company working our way to success. The staff at TD really made us feel terrible when we were first starting out. I guess we didn’t bring enough money with us as a new company, but they were super rude and dismissive. The branches were always packed with long lines and nobody working the desk. They charged us plenty in service fees but would get super aggravated if we ever had questions, or god forbid, needed help with something! We’re much happier now after moving to a local Credit Union.

The fact that this bank is still closed on June 15th after Saskatchewan re-opening during COVID19 is highly disappointing.

Morons, morons, and more morons. Tried to rent a safe deposit box, it took them an hour to figure out how to do it and get the keys, so they gave me a free years rent. Until today that is when I got the mail saying my account is overdue. Tried to contact the branch, but that is just about impossible. I can call them, and their voice mail nonsense, which is three days out of date, tells me they will call back sometime today. But they don't..... I dunno, but when I trust someone with tens of thousands of dollars, I kinda expect some basic competence......but maybe that's just me.
