Phoned in to book an appointment to open a business account. Showed up when I was supposed to but they couldn't see me in the system. After 15 minutes they say it was booked for yesterday. Was there closing an old account and seen the rep I was supposed to be booked with talking to the bank tellers about Halloween costumes. Guess that's more important than taking a client.

Switched from CIBC around four years ago. I was tired of paying hundreds in fees every year. All the charges add up. No Fee account has saved me a lot of money and have been very happy with their service. Even had a car loan through them which was recently paid off and managing that loan when there is local people to contact instead of a call centre somewhere in Eastern Canada is a welcome benefit. Highly recommended, if not just for saving money on unnecessary fees.

Always friendly staff and quick service. The lot is always busy with home depot and tim hortons traffic but the drive thru atm is always open!

Worst credit union.. they did a credit check without asking me 1st .

Don't have an account there but my emplotrt does. Wouldnt cash a chq written from their branch. Because they don't make phone calls to see that's it's not fraudulent. What a joke of a bank
